Hey bro get the bucket bin thing for the front storage. When u install it u put 4 rubber spacers in and the combination of them and the bucket keep a stack of the water out of the front. My towels in the hull stay dry and most of the water collects in the bucket. I keep my fenders and wet stuff in the bucket
Yea a less handling built hull comes with being able to power slide, 180/360s and other shit that requires a hull that doesn’t bite in real hard like the rxpx
Hey mate, just a few questions! Looking at getting either a GTI or GTR 230 (2020) - how fast full throttle will it go in eco mode - how many kms you think it will go per tank?
Hey mate, both the GTI and GTR should go the same speed in eco mode (60 - 65kmh) and will honestly go the same distance of about 150kms I don't know for sure though
Jermaines SeaDoolife yeah good thanks for that! Just gonna wait to see what 2021 brings before deciding whether to go for the 20 GTR 230 or a new 21 GTI 170
Ever think of a gti(non se) 130 so you can get the same engine cheep and tune her to 170 or maybe more? That’s kinda the route I’m thinking personally.
this was the most uninformative, unnecessary video or review or whatever you wanted to call it. fuel economy is what is based on how you ride it...no brainer...get a dry bag for the front if you need it - but it looked empty to me ...and well I stopped watching after that
We run two Kawasaki ultra lx . They do great in wake and choppy waters. They seem to be very stable as well. Would I notice much of a difference in one of these. ?
I’m still considering to buy this or the spark trixx. Can the GTR do burnouts and stuff like how the trixx does? And like trying to throw your mates off
Yes it sure can this ski is the perfect ski for burnouts and also really fast speed. The spark trixx is really good for it but you will be disappointed in the speed.
@@sirmagnus38 the hull is more flat. At slow speeds its sits low but higher then a yamaha. On my other channel @withadub you can probably see my gtr 230 with the camera mounted to the side mirror
@@hydroflightauckland6183 I will let u know when mine comes in been waiting since September a guy on u tube was saying he got alot of water in the hull and it was a bad design so I was asking before I spent all the money on one the guy could of had a hose leaking or another problem
Jetpowered mobile jet ski repairs they came to my house and did a full jet pump rebuild and carbon seal shaft rebuild Plus replaced a rear engine mount under $1,000
230 too expensive on gas I would rent it for a day but not the whole year I'd rather gti 130 with lot better gas mileage ok less hp and a bit slower but I can have fun with it the hole day with one tank! depends if you are rich or not lol
They would actually be about the same on total mileage if only driven at the same speed, if not better only sucks more fuel if you pin the throttle and go full speed and ride it like you stole it. But if you just cruising in eco in a straight line they are actually good on fuel
That’s why I hate seadoo my Honda would last me up to like 4 hours full throttle all the time taking it easy and hitting the throttle here and there I can be in the lake the hall day w/o needing fuel. I have used the GTR 230 a few times and it drained my wallet

Good idea. Wish I can see a picture

Next time it's going to cost me way cheaper I've ordered from jwc a whole lot of parts on eBay and put on afterpay

If you wanna go fast, you have to pay. Performance doesn’t equate to economy. Decide between being adventurous, or being a tight ass.

No not really we have 2 and the only thing that knocks them around is massive swell.

It's a peaceful place until someone on a SeaDoo shows up.
Why
Thoughts on the gtx 230
Idcnif gas is 10 a gallon I still have a great time every time
GTR 215 best ski ever made if you ask me and the hole shot is quicker then the 230 GTR 2018's and the poly techs are trash.
I have a 2015 GTR 215, compared to the other 215 i see here on youtube i feel like mine is very low in the water. What is your experience with this?

Do u get alot of water in the motor capartment
Very minimal depends how much burnouts I do and how much water gets splashed. But it is hardly anything most of the time
Do You ???

if you paid $400 for carbon seal you got riped off it should not cost no more than $260

Extra horsepower is always better than the fuel economy in my opinion. Got the 130 and wish I had got the 230. Price wise the 230 isn't much more.
For the first reason; u should get 170 hp

Yeah Seadoo are really bad on fuel but I am sure the honda wouldn't be as fast as the GTR 230 probably not.
Yeah, but you’d be as slow as fck.
