Man these are just rice noodles I didn’t know when I bought an instant pack of somen. That’s why I’m on TH-cam. Should have got the shirakiku soba. We used those in place of vermicelli for wraps when Thai Lao and Vietnamese products weren’t available in the 80’s. My mom told me to grab some vermicelli for wraps and yelled at me when I got the Japanese brand but that’s what I remembered from growing up I guess we evolved now lol
Anyone know if I can use ramen in place of somen since I usually can not find it.
