      This lawyer’s speculation in this video - wild speculation about what a ‘normal person’ would do - this is exactly how innocent people are convicted.
      Wendi at some point later in this interrogation is crying and says about Dan - who she knows now is dead - ‘Dan is all alone at the hospital - he shouldn’t be there alone. He is alone there and nobody even knows he’s there’ - would someone involved say something like this?
      She had nothing to do with it.

      Charlie & Donna would have to had to inform Wendi that they were going to unalive Dan. To make sure the kids were safe & out of harms way 👍 Maybe she wasn't in on the planning but in my opinion she had prior knowledge that's why she drove down Tresscott to get the Bourbon.

    • @fancy-on5hn
      @fancy-on5hn 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +15

      Same here! I wouldn’t be able to answer even a simple question because it would take me many minutes to overcome my shock and begin to process the situation. I can tell you I I would be ugly crying so hard that it would be a long period of time before anything I said could even be understood. Those little tissues would have been used in less than 5 minutes and I’d be blowing ugliness into my shirt. When people really cry, their nose swells, turns red and runs like a faucet. Their face and eyes swell and within 10 minutes look like a blowfish. I did not see any authentic emotion here at all. 😢

      Exactly! I don’t think Wendi thought the Police would find her so quickly and take her to the Police Station. She was way over the top crying…. She should have been shocked, disbelief, disbelieving…. She thought crying and covering her face was the appropriate reaction.

      👏👏👏 exactly. It was jarring to see her acting then a tiny bit later have the prosecutor read out loud the emails sent by her own mother, a mother really does know the person her daughter is tricks and all, saying exactly how good of an actress she is and can be after witnessing her putting that exact act on. No doubt those emails were sent before they realized they could actualize their fantasy of hiring a hit otherwise she would never have left that trail of evidence. The other emails also demonstrate an extent of evilness rarely seen or imaginable - a Jewish family even thinking of dressing up their offsprings in Hitler Youth costumes just to hurt their in laws, just completely unfathomable but that’s who they are to the core.

      I mean the emails, daily conversations, etc between Wendi and her family were such that they hated him. That Charlie made his bombastic hitman stuff had to plant deep down that Wendi knew something. Maybe not the particulars but for sure something. At the very least, she picked up a breadcrumb from either Donna or Charlie.
      And maybe or maybe not they kept her and Harvey out of it until after. Devices may show.
      But either way that irrefutable drive to Trescott says a whole lot to be sure.
      Her phone call to Donna from the police interview sounded very unauthentic. Why ask your mom to sit down twice over Dan, the man Donna hated to give her the news? Yet needlessly Wendi points to her brother immediately with the hitman joke to police. I mean right there the police had a suspect coupled with Lacasse statements. They just had to find the way to prove it.

    Jeff Lacasse (sp?) said that Wendi would often blurt out things impulsively, even to her own detriment. I feel like Wendi felt the extreme heat of being the suspect during the questioning with the police (asking questions to try to get more information and a feel for if they suspected her), and in order to take the attention away from her she immediately threw her family under the bus. Self-preservation.

    The expert has been fooled. Wendi studied grief and stress reactions, she PRACTICED as per her mother’s directions to do the acting job of her life. As for pointing the finger at Charlie, that’s just one more manipulation she used to get what she wanted. She threw everyone under the bus and they are all just waking up now. Charlie is mystified by her trip to the crime scene.

    There is a mood shift when Wendi learns from the advocate that Dan could still be alive. It shifts from almost cathartic sadness to anxiousness and fear. Her breathing quickens. She sits up straight, looking around, as if she’s trying to think on her feet. It’s a noticeable shift and shows her getting her reactions mixed up. She rarely ever does this but once in a while, she will flip-flop the emotion she is supposed to be feeling because she’s living it and she’s human. I think she has been telling herself she is innocent of all of it, so the body language expert is right the body language does seem sincere because she is sincerely believing what she’s saying, but we could learn more with this particular savvy interviewee by looking at larger patterns of behavior.

    Interview, she said that repairman told her that TV could NOT be fixed, and she calked her brother to discuss whether she should have the tv repaired or just have thrm give her a new one(or just get a new one). She contradicted herself right then and there! If the tv could not be fixed, the how was it going to be an expensive repair(which she also mentioned at some point, either in the interview or in testimony). She apparently spent several minutes on phonecall (30?)and texting w Charlie about the tv, **while the repair guy was still there!... tactic to prolong his stay, to help her alibi. She was probably trying to find out from Charlie, if the hitjob was already completed so it was safe for her to release the repairman from detainment. This is probably the readon why the repairman reported that Wendy seemed nervous or upset during his visit; because she was desperately trying to stall him after her probably told her in the first minute of his visit, that the tv couldnt be tixed and indicated that he was heafing back out the door .
    I think the readon Wendis police interview performance didnt go as she had planned and rehearsed, was because she was caught off guard; she had planned the police showing up at her house or calling to notify about shooting a requesting an interview, sometime after she returned home from lunch date. No one could have predicted that law enf would track her down at the restaurant. She likely believed that the hitmen were caught and she had in some way bern implicated ad a suspect. And this is why she basically threw anyone and everyone, and Especially her brothe and family, under the bus. Because if the murdr plan had implided, then law enf would likely already know that her family were involved, and she would gain points for telling law enforcement "all she knows" making her look innocent.
