I have actually watched all your videos now and will say you are one of the best explorers I have seen. I have seen you mature so much in your video of properties. So thank you sir.
Ethan, those markings on the floor is for to hold a carpet in place, it is for safety purposes for the elderly but it’s for floor rugs. (floor rug tape). 😊.
I wonder if maybe the basement was rented out or one of the kids lived down there. They might not have been real consistent in closing the door tightly. Maybe. Beautiful home. So happy you showed us around. Thank you Ethan for taking us along for the exploration. Blessings to you Ethan. Please always stay safe and healthy. 😁🤗
A real nice house here Ethan. That kitchen is beauriful. Bummer the basement flooded. Dont think there is a pool. The master bathroom is insane, so nice. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This was another cool '80's home with some really nice features. I love the floors, the double sided fireplace, the sunken living rooms are always an awesome feature! The wainscotting is great and always adds such substance to a space. It is a shame so many of these nice, well built homes are demolished in the name of progress, or greed in alot of cases I'm sure. A more disturbing thought is how much of these materials end up as waste!😧Take care✌️
Nice big kitchen and a desk like place for the children to do home work while Mum or dad is cooking, lovely wooden stairs and railings. Quite a nice house thanks Ethan
The lines on the floor could possibly be to hold your rugs down. So they don’t move around. Especially if they were older it would be a tripping hazard
Very traditional home. I’m glad it had been kept all original. It’s such a shame they took out all those homes. I hope you will keep us posted when they start rebuilding that area . I’d be interested to see what they build in it.
It startled me when you walked out of the master bedroom and there was someone standing to the right! I can never understand why people leave so many of their belongings in a house when they leave. This was a beautiful house and I can't believe how much water was in the basement!
What a beautiful classic home, well built and well maintained , keeping it nice for the next generation or next chapter in its story which unfortunately will never occur. I can’t imagine having a beautiful home built and then knowing it will be destroyed to make way for a crammed uninviting neighborhood. Always makes me sad. Loved the floors and the staircase and the fireplaces. Large rooms. Beautiful kitchen breakfast area and family room combo. I’m sure basement was cool and very large also. Very liveable and would have needed just a few updates and some basement waterproofing and repairs. Too bad it is all gone now. Amazing job documenting all of the homes in that beautiful neighborhood with the very unfortunate future. Always makes me sad to see the destruction of beauty and the huge waste accompanying that destruction. Someday, if I ever win… there have been a few lottery jackpots over a billion$…. I would so enjoy saving a home like this. 30plus yrs is not long enough for a home to exist. Thanks for sharing Ethan. Take care be well and stay safe and warm
Ethan its def a Nonnos and Nannas house they board up windows and doors but it floods the basement now the house is Dooomed thx for tour i could imagine Jazzie to be a gadgets guru
I wonder why its flooded, maybe a water break,or some one turning on the water in the basenent.wheather, hot water tank, sink or tub etc. Ilove the kitchen, also love hardwood floors.Another good one Eathen 👍❤️🇺🇸
I know it will be demolished, but it’s a shame the foundation was poorly built. I would not like a huge house like that and depend upon a sump pump to keep the basement dry.
I think someone maybe a contractor or insurance company sees if there is radon or if the walls have moisture in them. I think they are checking for mold. That would be my guess.

A high end 1980s house
The double sided fireplace and huge kitchen make it special

Ugh, those valances!!
They are bad.
The patterns and colors are unattractive, IMO. I never liked the trend of just having valances, without curtains.
Ethan its def a Nonnos and Nannas house they board up windows and doors but it floods the basement now the house is Dooomed thx for tour i could imagine Jazzie to be a gadgets guru
t's a bit outdated. The color of the walls and window treatment. All and all nice house. Thanks for showing!!!
Ethan you are amazing Will Forever want on Downtime ,Because I'd just lost my Uncle .Family making Funeral arrangements 😮💨

Beautiful home. Did you find out why it was abandoned? Is it being torn down?
Would should get some rain boots for the next flooded house
I really like the part when
The toilet you found in the laundry areais considered a maids toilet

❤️
Underfull❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤
What's up, Ethan?
🥰
Need to get some rubber rain boots flooded basement won't stop you then
Why do they never finish the garage
So, which is it, Ethan? Is it a house or is it a mansion? You use the word mansion inappropriately some times. Why is that?
❤
