    Dr Bindiya Shajith is a highly revered child psychologist known for her child rights based therapeutic approach and her work in Inclusion. She has over 13+ years of experience in working with special needs children. She has done her Phd in School Psychology from NCSU, USA she has also been part of several centres and schools in Bangalore . At present, she is a member of Karnataka Child Welfare Committee , Director of MITR of the Child and Head of Programs at Insighte.
    She has developed her own model in Support Teaching using the principles of TEACCH and has hands on experience as a shadow teacher and has been supervising and mentoring shadow teachers for last few years.
    Tasnim Banu has done her Masters in Psychology from Jamia and is working as an assistant behavioural trainer. She will be sharing her experience as a support teacher and the best strategies to integrate the practice for parents and schools.
