You are Right on the "Sizzix Switch Sorbet" There are Problems with It also a few people had to return it and a friend got it and did not work Brand New And Holly Hobby was Selling them Now they handed it over to Scrapbook Made Simple I almost bought it, after reading the writings I changed my mind..🤗😍 Thank you for your demo.
I'm a little late to this video...I bought the H.L. Sorbet machine too. I actually broke my first one by using the smaller plates and hitting the reverse switch too late. The top plate jammed into the upper door frame, breaking the plastic of the door. Then the switch shorted out on the next one. But my 3rd machine works great! I just flip my plates on every cut. It helps with the warping to a point. We did take a broken machine apart. It is very heavy duty inside. But it's the wiring connection in the switch that is poorly done. Thanks for sharing!

Hi To the lady in the Fun Time Crafts 247 video 👋 I have just been watching your video you posted on u tube 2 months ago on the Tim Holtz die cutting Machine Sizzix Big Shot Switch Plus, I was very impressed with the way you done your demo 👍 using different papers & dies so I have just Subscribed to your channel I need a new Electric die cutting & embossing Machine. I had my last one for about 6 years & it just gave up the Ghost As you done this video 2 months ago if possible please can you tell me how you are getting on with your Machine & if you have had any problems & if it still meets your standards thank you I hope you get this message all the best Lin 👍🎄❄️
Thanks for watching, wish I had good news about the switch but I don't, 10 days after the video I had to get it replaced, it started getting really loud and nor wanting to feed the plates. Sizzix replaced the machine I received the new one in about 2 weeks. Considering the fact that I use mine so much and am hard on them I just forwarded the new machine to my mom and it has been working great for her. She however only uses it once in a blue moon not the daily use like me. I went back to my couture creations go power and emboss machine and my Empress. I use them almost daily and they have not missed a beat.

Tammy I am trying to downsize my machines. I have the big shot, Gemini jr and Gemini. Does this machine take the HC molds? Can I use the Gemini plates? Does it emboss as well as the Gemini? There is a smokin deal at Joann’s for $197. Let me know. Love the videos. Keep going!
I have had 2. I kept having problems. The first one worked great at first. After awhile I had to actually push the plates through. So I complained to sizzix. They were very nice. They sent me a return label and a new machine. The second machine did the same. Once again sizzix helped. I’m waitingbforbacrefundvfrom the place I bought it. I’m still looking for a electronic machine. I found the go power and emboss. I want my refund before i go any further. I’m glad she’s having a good experience. But I wonder what happens after awhile for her. I’m trying to be nice on social media since sizzix has worked with me. I could be blasting this
@@heidihigginbotham2783 you spritze the cardstock to make the fibers more pliable and mold to the embossing folder easier with less breakage of the paper.
