Hello from France again! I made it, only missing the apple vinaigre this time. I hadn't all your tools, so I almost double the recipe for a 27cm plate (only 2 more apples). It was a bit hard to put the tart crust without the silicon plate haha! But I did it, and it was looking so great! It was tasting also very good, I am really happy about this recipe. But a good plate is essential, because a part of my caramel gone out :( I used one which has a removal bottom, not a good idea but that's all I had left. Thank you so much, with your vegan ramen and this recipe, we have a perfect dinner time with my bf! :D

この様な作り方のタルトタタンは初めて見ました。創意工夫の賜物ですな。
私はフランスの者です。私の知っているタルトタタンの作り方は、カラメル(砂糖と水を飴にしたもの)を深めのタルト型の底に敷き(厚めに数mm)、その上にりんごの四切を敷き詰め、そこにシナモンと塩少々を振り掛け、最後にタルトの皮をのせ、端は内側に折入れます。さらにその上にクッキングペーパーやアルミ箔などを載せて、こげないようにして焼き始めます。
焼き終わりにじか焼きにして、きつね色に焼き上げます。結構時間がかかります。
焼きあがったら、人肌にさめるまでそのままにしておき、
ちょうどよい温かさになった所で大皿をタルト型の上に置き、上下を逆にして、型からタルトを皿の上に落とします。(結構簡単に落ちます。)
子供や若者にはホイップクリームやサワークリームなどをかけて頂くのが人気ですが、大人はクリームなしで食べる人が多いと思います。

+PAPICO0915 円安ですけど、輸入した方が大抵は安くなりますよ(^^) 日本だとよく使うのは「粉に砂糖」ですかね。
