they are the nuts to the bar end weights. whoever swapped the grips wasn't careful and fully unscrewed the weights and didn't go through the effort to retrieve them Nice job on the bob. That is my exact bike, was looking at the blue collar kits but damn they are expensive. Nice alternative here using the OEM parts.
