That cast net catch from the creek in the beginning was insane especially for a smaller net! Chasing flathead is my favorite thing to do and in my opinion it doesn't get any better than catching trophy flats
Scrumpy, I know your spot now. Lol me and my son fish Downtown Indy occasionally and a lot of the small rivers around the area. Just wanted to know, have you found any snakes or turtles in your live well lately?
Hahahaha that 1st fish is no where close to a 30lbs fish, that is a 15-20lbs fish…… who puts that fish in a live well to revive… you have no clue what you’re doing 🤡
This guys is clueless when it comes to cat fishing. Which theirs nothing wrong in knowing very little as your learning to be better. But don’t claim your an expert when you lack any real experience.
That's cool. We used to see people catching big channel cats on the St. Joe River in Elkhart.

Dang son haven’t seen catfish that size anywhere but brookville lake
Nice Flatheads good job.
nice fish ..looks like the 10th st bridge to me
Nice video. That must be a huge livewell. I always wonder what swinging them giants by their jaw does to them.
Fish fry😋 Man I have no problem cutting it open cleaning that big baby and we'll you know the rest!❤️
Funny how when you don't weigh a fish they can be whatever weight you say they are, no way that first fish goes 30.
Those are all generous weight guesses..lol. I grew up on that river catching monsters my whole life.
Nice one...my biggest is a lil over 20 near the VA hospital...I took a friend out and caught a few teeners in about a hour
Nice vid
😎 cool ❤️
That first flathead was around 20. Not even close to 30. What a joke...🤣

It is illegal to take any gamefish with a cast net on PUBLIC water
What rods and reels are you using? I am an Indiana guy myself (Columbus Indiana). I am looking to upgrade all my rigs.
Do they still do guided trips there in Indianapolis Indiana

Yeah there was a ton of unnecessary stress put on the fish for sure and the second one was probably 30 and the first one was 15-17 tops lol
Wish spot is this. I live downtown
Hello… Do you do charters? I’d love to take my 12 year old son out to catch some of those monsters?
That's far from a 30 pound fish lololol.
Dude chill tf out. In any situation you should always stay calm
