Why do you use 2 different brushes? What were you doing with the other brush? It looks like you were blending the watercolor but I’m not sure. Beautiful painting :)

It's watercolor technique called graded wash that why I use 2 brushes, another brush is clean water for blending the color. You can check another video about watercolor technique tutorial in my channel.
