You wrap EXACTLY like I do. I have 9 kids and for some reason always starting wrapping on Christmas eve while A Christmas Story marathon kept me entertained. So much time wrapping and it was all over in 10 minutes.

I CAN wrap presents nicely, and I do for friends and extended family, but for my kids, I try to cut once and use no more than 3 pieces of tape. My wrapping for them is a HOT MESS!!! I use scraps and oversized leftovers just so I don’t have to cut. I don’t even use gift tags, I use a silver sharpie and write their nicknames “Mac” and “Mo” (for Mackenzie and Morgan) directly on the wrapping paper.
I was smart when they were little and we started having the Elf on the Shelf in our house. He “wrote” a letter and said “me and my friends came and wrapped all your gifts from Santa last night. Sorry they’re so sloppy, but we have little hands and not much time! What counts is the gift, not the wrapping!” And that was that. I can wrap all their gifts in about an hour and I wrap EVERYTHING separately so they have more to open. If there’s a pack of socks or underwear, I open them up and wrap each item separately. My kids normally have about 30-40 items to open because of this, and it’s all sloppy and they don’t care and I don’t either lol. It’s the Elf’s fault! 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️
This year it might be easier to have bins/laundry baskets with each kids name and as you organize the pile of presents to be wrapped you can have them corralled in one place. Then when it’s time to wrap you grab the bin and you can know what is what. This method helps me with my boys presents.

My 4 yr old niece is happy pressing buttons and pretending with our 10 plus year old phones.
When I was 8 years old, I was taller than the average kid & for my birthday I was given a cabbage patch & a real umbrella stroller for actual babies. I think that would be an awesome idea for Bree so that she doesn't hunch over her baby stroller.
The amount of wrapping paper wasted on each gift baffles me. You could have wrapped 2 gifts with each piece of paper you cut off. Holy crap. This is a reason why people say ypu are a waste

I understand you have a lot of kids and make a lot of money on TH-cam but this is really excessive especially for the foster children. How will they ever adjust when they are re-unified with their family and that family can’t keep up. Not being snarky but this seems extremely excessive. Save the money because TH-cam is not forever just my opinion .
Only 2 of those kids are foster kids, everyone else is adopted. Their life now is their life until they go create their own. The two fosters also aren't far away from being adults and IF they return to mom, I'm sure Alisha will continue to care for them anytime they need it

You could try wrapping the presents diagonally if you've accidentally cut the wrapping paper too small. Helped me out whenever I measured the size of the paper wrongly 😆Happy holidays to everyone!

idk, but the boys def. got bigger presents than the girls...Comparing arcades, VR-Sets, electronis etc. to books, bath bombs and clothes, it is not relative. Some kids want books and clothes, that is fine but at least get them more of those...niveah wanted Bath and body works but she just got one set..idk..with the money they are spending on the boys they could get the girls a few more stuff that they like.

There are literally millions of channels doing the exact same thing showing even more extravagant and expensive items. She is buying her children gifts…for Christmas…like millions of other families throughout the world. not like she is buying all designer clothes and spending thousands on herself. Yes there are others struggling right now, but that should not be just her responsibility. Not to mentions, she literally took in kids who WERE struggling and had nothing. I’d say they have done their part in helping. We also only see so much of their lives.

dude he got a huge arcade game… those are crazy expensive. if you noticed, the kids who got expensive items (ie James gaming laptop and the nfl arcade game) may have gotten less items to open but also you have to think of cost. It’s not fair to spend thousands on one child and a couple hundred on the next.

I live on Grand Island, 20 minutes from Buffalo. Today is the first day I could leave my house since Thursday! Unfortunately, we have still not celebrated Christmas with the family.
My neighbors roof did too!! And his pole barn completely blew away. Like nothing was left except his truck parked in it. It was like 40 ft long and in between his huge barn and 100+ yr farmhouse…. That wind was insane (except I’m located in Maine so we got it after you guys)

Alicia, I know it's Almost impossible and not good video, but maybe if you got the wrapping paper early, you can wrap the present as it came in or was delivered, and stick it in Thier big bags. That a way it helps you keep up, plus, less risk they see it, saves room ect. Just a thought.

I did not go the extra mile this year for Christmas. I left a lot to the last minute and then we all got sick for 2 weeks.I plan on doing a 14 day gift giving leading up to Valentine’s Day and doing my candy making and cookie baking for Valentine’s Day. I never got to it for Christmas this year.
