Team, you should come to Spain in winter. We actually have skiing slopes and resorts ;) We have different climates depending on where you go. Try Sierra Nevada, you can go to the beach and skiign the same day
One thing to point out, by the time the cold air you breathe in gets to your throat, it is already warmed up. Breathing in cold air while exercising is not dangerous.
They could've done a proper cross-country instead of the SkiErg. Also, Dave Castro is probably installing snow cannons in a baseball stadion right now.
The more Ricky I see...I don’t care about his ban and all..but he seems a bit cocky and rude. Like very douche type social skills. Some people might like his personality but not my type of human. Fun to watch though, I just don’t care for his interviews
