Today we visited a stunning 4 bed Showhome in Sileby Ratcliffe Gardens developed by Davidsons. The house was absolutely stunning with lots of nice features running throughout , this house has been very well thought out.

Hey, how are you doing? I loved your house tour. This is house is stunning!! 😍 I love these houses davisons homes as they are a copy of the Georgian houses with the Georgian windows. I love double doors to a living room and kitchen 👌🏼 this is a dream house for sure. I can't get used to seeing radiators it's strange to see them, we have underfloor heating. I'm really enjoying your house tours. I hope you are both well and having a lovely weekend ☺️ x

Price range ? Fairly priced ? Thoughts please

In that area the price range is 400-500k ( dependant on extras and location ) ,. Don’t get me wrong you can get a lot bigger houses for this price but most of them need work doing to them so you’ll be paying a lot for renovations. Overall lovely home for a family that’s set out fairly well . I fell in love with this house 🏠
