thanks for showing us this home. The kitchen and family room seem awkwardly shaped. I'm not too keen on the space in the kitchen like that and it would make prepping hard. I like that the houses you've shown lately, the builder's are using metal posts to anchor the wood fencing
Overall I like this home but what’s up with that kitchen…..support pillar messes everything up…..needs to be reconfigured with a much bigger island . Thank you for another great tour!
I like the exterior, I love how wide the stairs are, the bedroom sizes are great and I really like the upstairs balcony. I say all this because my grandmother raised me to have manors and I feel I should say something nice before I bring the hammer down. The front half of the ground floor has a graciousness about it that falls apart once your past the stairs. The architect totally dropped the ball with the island/wasted space in the kitchen. It feels like a lazy way to solve the problem of the floor to ceiling support beam that the island is a part of. Makes me wonder if not using a glue-lam beam across the expanse of the great room was really that big of a savings? Because using one instead of that pole would have opened up that space so much and they could have done such a better job with the kitchen. Also, I wouldn't want my laundry room right off the formal diningroom and front door but I also wouldn't want to walk my laundry upstairs. It was just ok.
@@aqueenceereid4249 My opinion? To camouflage the support beam. Then once they were committed to that choice their options for the island dwindled. But I still think they could have made better use of the kitchen space. It's almost as tho the people who designed the kitchen were young people who don't understand the WORK that occurs in a kitchen and the importance of intelligent design. 😟
I liked the exterior, the balcony, the possibility of having a laundry chute or both an upstairs and downstairs laundry. I have to agree with other comments that the kitchen layout was strange. The window benches are really nice. I loved the primary bedroom and bathroom. I think I would make the pantry into a butler style pantry and have it go through to the formal dining area or I would make that area a formal sitting area and just have dining in the kitchen/dining area it's certainly big enough!
Weirdest layout I’ve ever seen. Walk in from the front door with the dining room to your right but the dining room has no access to the weird kitchen? 🤮
I liked the upstairs but I didn't like the kitchen layout or living room layout. It looked like it was squished in. I don't like how they situated the Island. I am supposing that they had to incorporate the "support beam" for the kitchen ceiling to make it look like it was designed that way on purpose. I don't like the fire place either. I liked the MB.
Lots of beauty & practicality as others have mentioned. That said, it is CRIMINAL to give a 4-5 bdrm home a laundry *closet*. And it shares 2 walls w/doors?! 🙄 *A* basket, a broom, a mop, a vacuum cleaner, & ONE person would not fit! How is the family supposed to take care of their 3000sq home? ANY family homemaker would know better. Edit* I said this in the hopes that you can pass on the message to the designers/developers. 😉
Hello timothy Livingston This home is super gorgeous i love the living room and i love the kitchen i love the island its difrent but nice i love the dining area the primary bedroom and bathroom is amazing The secondary bedrooms and bathrooms are nice thank you for showing us this amazing home God bless Best regards Anja ❤
Very weird kitchen lay out. Not functional at all. Sink and dishwasher toooo far from the stove. What’s up with the dining room right in front of the front doorway and also too far from the kitchen . Lots of storage however layout in this home not functional . IMO. Need a good long centred island with sink and dishwasher.
The plusses: Backyard, the garage door, the sunlight coming through all the big windows. The downsides: The kitchen and dining room spaces/layout is weird to me, and no front foyer area is a definite deal breaker right there! I know the colors can be changed but what an odd combination of colors. Someone will love it but for a model nome, you should keep it neutral. Conclusion: It looks and feels like the '80s are trying to make a comeback. Next!
Very spacious rooms. The kitchen design is a complete disaster. What were they thinking? The staging of the home was not impressive for nearly a half of a million dollars.
Forney Texas isn’t the best area… north Texas is the only area to escape illegals and thugs… but the house is gorgeous anyways! Love the Master bedroom ❤❤❤
Yikes the purple bedroom is awful decor colors orange and purple! Terrified of what the interior designer was thinking. Peach pink walls OMG! welcome to Cuba colors. Mindlessly AWFUL!

Liked the second floor, but I agree, the main floor needs work. Kitchen a mess, and would appreciate it closer to dining room.

I totally agree about the island. Why would they do that.

That was the biggest work triangle I think I’ve ever seen. And who wants to walk that far from the kitchen to the dining room? Nope.
Besides adding knobs to the cabinets, I wouldn't change anything else...except add a pool too. Lol love it. Could see us in this.
This kitchen makes me angry

You talk about the soft close cabinets a lot.....I don't want those....when I'm pissed...I can't slam 'em shut....LOL
A matching rolling island would be great to add to that kitchen! I like this home. Love the size! Great tour as always Tim!
Beautiful layout & a humongous backyard ❤ it
This home is jaw dropping!
Weirdest layout I’ve ever seen. Walk in from the front door with the dining room to your right but the dining room has no access to the weird kitchen? 🤮
I wasn’t digging this one at all. JMO.
This is Beautiful Tim and Charming!!! Are You going to be showing any homes in Arizona? ♡♡♡
Love kitchen pantry

Love the bedrooms & really nice bathrooms.
Like the arched doorways. Outside is really nice & interesting.
This is a great looking home. I'd go with the 5th bedroom option.
Beautiful home 🏡🤩
I actually like the kitchen. Would add knobs though.
It's very "Cluedo" this house, isn't it? Colonel Mustard in the ensuite bathroom with the lead pipe. Battered.
Wassup Tim?! I just love the fireplace and pantry.
I think those who design.. forget what living at home is like.
We just bought our home 🏡 😍 I definitely here for the decorating ideas 😅thank you !!!!!
Magnifique ❤

The kitchen layout is so strange. The sink behind the pillar is very off putting
Hi Tim I loves the 🏠 house outside exterior
Would love to see a 5 bedroom with bedrooms in the basement.
Maybe you could house some of the millions of illegal immigrants that are flooding into our country in one of those “basement bedrooms”?
WOW TEXAS !
OMG!! I absolutely really love the layout of this place. You could still have a 1st floor laundry. I give this a 5 stars rating.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍

Is this house in Boothwyn pa
Beautiful Home 🥰
So amazing
12:53 Please do!
I didn’t like this one. Half bath off the master 🤔 and all that space in the kitchen. Strange layout.
Feels choppy
Worst layout ever…. Who designed this…. Very poor use of space..
Comment for the algorithm
C’mon Tim, all that house and no place for a freezer?

Wait.. so this is a Texas design?
Confession.... I hate when you open drawers and cabnets. You seen, you've seen them all.
472 & NO FIRDGE nahhh.........
this is the most realistic house that i have seen that i would live in hear in Trinidad
❤ it.
oh yup.. i wanna build this in bloxburg lol
Nope! This is not the winner!
Larger than I would need but absolutely love all the paint colors they chose.

You'll never escape the ridiculously high property tax bill. 😜

This house is a lost cause! Way too much space wasted and kitchen is a disaster
Every time I see your videos, I wonder how far out of range it will be. They are super nice, just not realistic for most people.
