#1 On point. He blocked me about 6 weeks after break-up End of Aug last year, 10 days before my terminally ill mom passed away. Saw me mid Nov. #1 On point. He blocked me about 6 weeks after break-up End of Aug last year, 10 days before my terminally ill mom passed away. Saw me mid Nov. Apologized, explained about huge stress at work (including a demotion as from this year Feb). Asked him if it never crossed his mind that I would have been a great support through all that. He said he felt that he should sort out his life on his own first. Then promptly a day later blocked me again up until this day. I really believed he was "the one". Chemistry insane between us, but he could be very aloof in our relationship. 28 Aug it will be a year since I moved into my own place, 38 km (23.6 miles) away from him. I should probably be the one who is angry and resentful, but after absolute hell and a long journey of healing and finding myself, the flip-side of this "awakening" is that I only feel understanding, forgiveness and love for him. (Maybe I'm the idiot?) January I quickly stopped by his house to drop off something of his. Could not let him know since I was blocked. He was angry and rude. (I suspect there was another woman there). Then he tried to call me 3 times. I answered the 3rd call and just explained that I ONLY wanted to drop that off - nothing else. Anyway, that was the last ever contact we had. I think he unblocked me on Telegram at least, since i can now see he was on there shortly after his birthday in April (Lol - go figure - probably wanted to see if there's a birthday wish). He has lots of issues - some unresolved PTSD from youth and his ex-wife never allowing his (grown-up) kids to come to us, because of me. So, lessons learned.
