I have a good side business of buying used harnesses from workers who have been fired or quit the business. Primarily for the ironworkers industry. I buy them for as little as $50 and then resell them for $200 to some bright-eyed new guy or a veteran getting back into the business after a stint in jail, or sitting on the sideline.
