That's lovely that you're trying out so many of my videos Maha! 🌷But I know you're probably also a busy woman with your life to lead 😀so may I suggest that you choose some key videos to focus on based on your face needs, and dedicate up to 30 mins a day to the practice. That would be more than enough! Hope this helps to free up your time for other things 💟

This massage is the only thing lifting my face, but unfortunately only for a few hours. Then skin is sagging againg, will try to do this 3 times/week. Are you a coffee drinker, Polina? I just read that coffee slows down the collagen, didnt know that. Maybe thats why im aging more and more with each week. :( Im 41yo.
Thanks for your feedback 😀🌷 Glad the massage is lifting the skin and the muscle, but please be aware massage on its own without strengthening exercises is not going to be effective as you've already discovered. When you combine strengthening AND massage, then it's a holy duo !💟 I love the taste of coffee and have two cups a day, so far no detrimental effects 🙏🏻

Hi Caroline, you could try my video on Lift and Tone the Cheeks to give you some ideas on how to start toning the cheek muscles to bring more volume to this area. Any face massage will help to bring the bounce back to the skin and help restore muscle elasticity which will help the face to appear rebalanced. Hope this helps! Polina

@@ranamustafa7838 When the muscles around the mouth and low/mid cheeks are weak, the sides of the mouth turn down and it makes the face appear tired and sad. For the face to appear more youthful and happy, consider doing targeted exercises to lift the mouth corners and the muscles in lower cheeks. Hope this helps.

Hi Poornima, you will still benefit from lifting and toning qualities of face massage, you just need to make sure whatever you use on your skin doesn't clog up your pores. For large pores make sure you have a good gentle cleansing routine daily and for the face massage, use a serum for slip and glide or a face oil that is suitable for large pores.
