It's a fascinating, yet ironic tale of redemption gone haywire. In trying to atone for his father's crimes, Bruce unwittingly creates a new monster just like his father did.
If someone told me a year ago that this Joker would be my favorite version, I would have called them crazy. But now? There's something about him, and I can't quite place, but it sets him apart from any other Joker, making him possibly my favorite version to ever be shown.
Maybe because it's the only version that batman knew before he became the joker. And he was so responsible for John becoming the Joker that it's a responsibility for Batman to deal with him
This Joker is the joker I sorta created so he's my favorite Joker, my second favorite Joker is the Killing Joke Joker, and my third favorite Joker is the Arkham Joker
It’s the backstory. Joker has always been a dark, creative villain, and his relationship with Batman has always been interesting. But telltale makes it personal. Sometimes we joker be attached to Batman or vice versa. This is the first time we’ve really felt a strong relationship coming from both sides. This is one of few times we can feel their BOND. I think this and Joker’s death in the Arkham games are two instances that really show their relationship well. Getting to know ‘John Doe’ gives all of joker’s actions context and, unlike other versions, we see that he’s.... actually a good guy. Just twisted. It’s nice seeing joker as a man and not a flat arch-nemesis stereotype. Telltale is going to be a classic. I almost want DC to make a comic or movie using this verse but I’m worried they would ruin it. It’s that good.
I love the parallel in the two endings. You fight the evil Joker as Bruce cause that's who you created him as, and you fight the hero Joker as Batman cause that's you created him as.
you can still make 'batman' create The Joker but that's unless you make Bruce's real identity as Batman and you can even put a sticker of batman on John Does grave
In all honesty the fight between this two is so heart breaking to watch. We knew it was going to end this way, but even still, it's still sad because in all honesty just change a few things and you could easily see the roles being reversed. These two truly were one of the same stitch. All John wanted was to be friends with someone like Bruce, but what he didn't realize was that Bruce had always considered him as a friend. It's tragic in a sense, and seeing how this all ends. Ironically as Joker laugh, I would've cried. Because that's when I know despite all my best intents and purposes, I truly failed, and things will never be the same as it was before. And as someone who tragically lost his best friend, this reopens an old would that never fully healed.
Well i gave up batman in the vigilante route, no batman then joker really doesn't have a reason to fight without his "number one" I love john believe me but alfred he's my fucking mate and I'll he damned if thats taken away from me
FunnyMadd Games Of course he does. The very last thing he wants is to actually kill Bruce. Everything suggests that this is still a game to Joker. If you tell him to manipulate Harley, Bruce stated that humans are social animals- the best way to keep someone close is to have something they want that only you can provide. In this, he’s doing exactly that for Bruce. Bruce needs villains to fight to be able to live with the horror that is his reality, and if John can’t be his friend, he’s more than happy to take up the mantle of his enemy. He wrongs and hurts Bruce not because he actually hates him, but the inverse; He doesn’t want to lose Bruce and is willing to do anything to keep them connected. He even stops Harley from killing you if you choose to not rat him out to her, for no other reason than that he doesn’t want the game to end.

When Harley tried to kill them at the dinner party and didn’t tell her is identity. In some sick twisted way he still loves Bruce and can’t be without him. He was protecting him from Harley. I hope there is a season 3 where John can be redeemed regardless of ending and you can be buddies again.
TheBatman Gamer yeah vigilante's path also kinda made up for the extreme lack of Batman in this season I mean after episode 1 this season could have been called "Bruce Wayne: The telltale series" since you barely play as Batman but if you pick vigilante's path you finally have an episode entirely about Batman. On the other hand if you pick villain's path you get another Bruce Wayne's episode which is disappointing since we played as Bruce for like 70% of this season already... I missed season 1 style (that was kept just in episode 1 of this season) where Batman and Bruce had equally screen time in each episode.
Factsss it really gives u that feeling where these two are meant to be mortal enemies from the start and honestly it makes me cry a little how they were friends at the beginning but now it's all over and they can never go back to the way things were and that's why the piano fits so perfectly in the final part of the villain episode 😭😭😭

I went with the vigilante joker since I sympathized with Joker from the start since he was really just confused and didn't know how to act so I tried to help as much as I could. But the villain joker really is one of the best interpretations of the character I've ever seen.
To Me the Vigilante fight was more intense just because you tried so hard from Turning him evil but in the end he still regrets all he did to bruce unlike this one
I wasn't expecting to see something like that. Damn, i'm impressed that Telltale had the guts to do something like that. My controller fell of me hands when i reached that part.
Fuck me this is intense. John starts out so childlike and impressionable in the series. He fanboys over Batman and has a pretty cool bromance with Bruce. Then there’s Bruce trying in vain to bring Joker back from the edge of insanity. And then there is the darkness inside both of them. They really are cut from the same cloth and Joker’s correct that their paths will always meet in the most volatile ways.

For me, Joker has just a obesssion, but in telltale...There are so many hints and I kinda like and love the realationship between these two. I have to admit, I probarly like to see Bruce and Joker as a couple or a affair. But I don't know if we ever get this, maybe we don't but I would lik,e to see it. I like this fight scene but I hope that season 4 of the walking dead ending is better and somehow more emotional, maybe if it's me vs AJ and I accidentally kill AJ while protecting myself from him and then just give up because he's like my child, or if it's Louis or Violet (depending on the love interest you choose)
This ending breaks my heart. You broke my heart John I did need you I cared about you but you took what I gave you and twisted it into something ugly and wrong. You’ve needed me since the day we met we’ll always be together. You know? Some part of me always knew someone like you? You’d never really be friends/lovers with someone like me. But I wanted to believe it so badly. We had some good times didn’t we? It wasn’t all bad. You say the cruelest things but I know you don’t mean them. You and I are meant to be together. I’ll be the knife at your side until the end of time. My fiancée just dumped me for the 7th time and I think this is it for real and this made me think of Bruce and John. I even said she said the meanest things but I know she didn’t mean them. I am going to say some of these things when we talk tomorrow. It just doesn’t seem real I love her so much we need to be together like Bruce and John. We’re two threads in the same stitch she even agrees to that just maybe not together together but still. She said even when we first met she saw my future wife Hannah marrying me not her but she made me believe my future wife was her for 2.5 years off and on. Some part of me always knew someone like her would never be with someone like me. But I wanted to believe it so badly. This scene absolutely tears me up John and Bruce had so many good times and memories they were soulmates than John went crazy and tried to kill him and they were done. I had so many good times with Becky it wasn’t all bad and I am haunted by the memories of our old haunts and everything we have been through. I love her so much she isn’t good for me but I can’t stay away like Bruce and catwoman and John and Harley. I know I will get my dream girl soon and Becky will get her for me it’s a long story but it doesn’t make it any easier I don’t want Hannah I just want my Becky back. ❤️😭

Super Squad Studios I am sorry I've been working for like 9 hours on the dinner scene. It's a 24 min video. When I uploaded I had copyright issue with the video because of the music playing in the background. I am trying to find a solution on YT otherwise I will need to repeat some scenes again after removing the music from the background. If I don't succeed to fix that now I will post the video tomorrow for sure. Sorry for this delay.

I like this fight scene but I hope that season 4 of the walking dead ending is better and somehow more emotional, maybe if it's me vs AJ and I accidentally kill AJ while protecting myself from him and then just give up because he's like my child, or if it's Louis or Violet (depending on the love interest you choose)

This ending breaks my heart. You broke my heart John I did need you I cared about you but you took what I gave you and twisted it into something ugly and wrong. You’ve needed me since the day we met we’ll always be together. You know? Some part of me always knew someone like you? You’d never really be friends/lovers with someone like me. But I wanted to believe it so badly. We had some good times didn’t we? It wasn’t all bad. You say the cruelest things but I know you don’t mean them. You and I are meant to be together. I’ll be the knife at your side until the end of time. My fiancée just dumped me for the 7th time and I think this is it for real and this made me think of Bruce and John. I even said she said the meanest things but I know she didn’t mean them. I am going to say some of these things when we talk tomorrow. It just doesn’t seem real I love her so much we need to be together like Bruce and John. We’re two threads in the same stitch she even agrees to that just maybe not together together but still. She said even when we first met she saw my future wife Hannah marrying me not her but she made me believe my future wife was her for 2.5 years off and on. Some part of me always knew someone like her would never be with someone like me. But I wanted to believe it so badly. This scene absolutely tears me up John and Bruce had so many good times and memories they were soulmates than John went crazy and tried to kill him and they were done. I had so many good times with Becky it wasn’t all bad and I am haunted by the memories of our old haunts and everything we have been through. I love her so much she isn’t good for me but I can’t stay away like Bruce and catwoman and John and Harley. I know I will get my dream girl soon and Becky will get her for me it’s a long story but it doesn’t make it any easier I don’t want Hannah I just want my Becky back. ❤️😭
