      @@Atlas-yb2kg no specific videos. Just followed his 30 days / 45 days workout challenges except the dumbell ones (which you can find in his playlist). Also I only do it once, my body doesn't have that much stamina even tho I am improving.

    After doing this for 1 month and 10 days altering between 2 different exercise video, I finish this 30 min full video for the first time(earlier could only do 23-24 minutes on good days) without any extra break

      Bro been following along almost 2yrs was pre diabetic right at 200 lbs. now no diabetes Imfeel great. Yet,I originally started following due to upper body strength. More specifically calisthenics. I’d love to do a 30-45 min follow along. What links do you have? Better yet in Dallas/ Fort Worth where is bullyjuice gym? I’m ready for the next level.🦾🦾🦾🦾

    Didn’t feel like running in the rain today so I decided to do this instead. This is my first bully cardio session and it was intense! I’ve been doing the dumbbell and band workouts but now I’m definitely going to incorporate more of these into my routine! Great to get the whole body moving in ways I don’t normally move!     Bomb! I was short on time this morning but was looking for a workout with some punch. This popped up and was PERFECT! Challenging but doable. I was hella motivated “keeping up” with you, someone who is visibly fit. Now I’m ready to conquer the day! 💪🏾

    Ok, did this last night with the wife and made it through til the end.. I didn't expect to wake up sore this morning but I did. Good work out! My only issue if its a issue at all is that I wish the upcoming work outs would show just a little sooner to give you a bit more time to prep to get into position to do them.. Sometimes they would pop up with like 3-4 seconds left to transition.

    I did 15min of the workout and my goal is to do the full workout with no pausing so I decided to share my daily process to motivate people (like me) to do not stop and let their body get stronger day by day 🔥
    Day1: 15min
    Day2: ↗️ 16min I push myself as long as I can
    Day3: ❌️ I didn't sleep well because of a very busy day so I decided to do not exercise today
    Day 4: ↗️ 23min
    *Day 5* : 30min ✅️🔥🔥🔥🔥 wow that's so powerful ! I WILL KEEP DOING THIS VIDEO FOR A MONTH AND UPDATE THE COMMENT
    *Day 6* : ✅️
    *Day 7* : ✅️
    *Day 8* : ✅️ ✅️ I did it twice 4PM and 9PM 🔥
    *Day9* : ✅️ my belly fat is getting reduced I'm insanly happy ❤❤

    PLEASE RESPOND! I’m a subscriber and I really appreciate the variety. I workout A LOT. What is too much? My workouts span 2.5 hours (sometimes longer) 3x per week. Active recovery the day following-I stretch for 30 min and do a 30 min yoga class directly after. Complete rest the next day. My workouts include 8-10 different exercises repeated 3x-full body including abs w/a 5 min ab burnout and 10 min HIIT to close out. Professional opinion please! My husband thinks I overdo it but I LOVE it!! I look and feel GREAT!! Thank you! *Also, I’m 4’11 and my weight spans between 125-130, 18-20% body fat*

      I would say to reduce ur workout to 1.5-2 hours. I’m a female and workout only 1 hour a day to keep myself fit

    It is snowing outside and I was low on motivation to trudge the snow to my local gym. I looked up 30 minutes cardio and boom! My man bullyjuice popped up.     I thought I was a g until we got to the squats and lunges. My thighs were like nope 😂 I can run on the tredmill or elliptical forever, but this is a totally different level. I could only do the first 15 mins before I felt like passing out lol I'm gonna keep doing this everyday, my goal is to reach a point where I can do this whole entire video without stopping.

    I've done a few of your strength. Today I was, "I need high intense cardio, so I'm doing Shaun T insanity, but I've done the program so many times. But I need intensity. But I also need variation. Alright I'll do this, but if I ain't sweating after 12 minutes, pop in Insanity." Bro, when you dropped the lunges after 7 minutes, my heart rate went up. At 10 minutes I was sweating.

    I done this for the first time today, The first 2 minuets i was thinking, this is kind of light.. i was DYING half way through
