    I was in the gym with my headphones doing this 30min set i front of a lot of gym goers...I tell yah I was sweating but I truly appreciated the workout. Thanks Bully these are doable but still challenging. Keep it up homie..you are inspirational

    I been doing this since a week now, an ever since I started, from the other 30 minute cardio workout, where the sets repeats 3 times then, comes back little by little, I have to say this makes me sweat by the time burpees start, throughout the workout video. Definitely roasting workout. Good job keep up the good work. I never seen someone so strong as you are. 💪

      Hi Billy I just started watching your channel and love it.I am a old school bodybuilder and I am confused on what type of cardio I can do to burn far but not hurt gains.I heard it's better to do Hiit cardio I did your 10 minute jumping Jack's cardio Tonght after my workout,it kicked my ass.Is it better than doing 30 minutes of steady state cardio after my weights.What I'm asking is will doing a 10 minute jumping jack after my weights kill my gains or will I lose muscle? It's the only time I can do cardio also is after my weights.

    I had a partial knee replacement 8 months ago, started pushing weights soon after but this is the first cardio I’ve done since and the knee was ok as I jumped on a mat and maxed out on the flutter kicks. Respect from UK.

      Yo wassup guess what it's 11 hour after my last comments so here i am again. Just woke up 2 hours ago and I've just completed my first HIIT workout by following this video. It's burning really good my whole body it's surprised me that 30 minutes of these feels more fat burning than my 1 hour elliptical session. Will continue continue doing this for 21 days and see how it goes. Btw I'm 5 foot 9 guy weight 231 pound 26 years old just coming down from BMI 39 to 34 obese class 2 to 1. One of my mission this year is getting back to normal BMI. You're my fat loss coach from now on without you even knowing it. Thank you for doing this video to help people like me.

    Great workout! Increasing VO2 max is one of the best ways of avoiding premature death, including from heart disease and cancer. At 65, I definitely need these HIIT sessions.👍

    I loved that this workout was of moderate intensity compared to some of your other workouts but at the same time challenging enough to make you workout all body parts. I loved the variations of same types of exercise. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

    There is something about the jumping jack at the beginning and the end. I would love to hear the breakdown of why? Is it good for warming into things and cooling down or is it just an excellent full body movement OR maybe something else I am not thinking of?

    From all the comments i thought i had to pick myself up of the floor😀 it was a little tough but definitely doable. You well get your heart rate up! Especially from all the jumping jacks . All and all it's definitely in my rotation. Off to lift weights good job bully👏🏽👏🏽

    I'VE done Bully's Workout before but this workout is Body blaster, I got sweat and i swear this workout is best than all. It gave me changes That i Can't believe Thanks Bully 💚🌝🌟
