This is an amazing interview! I have already recommended it to my friends. I have seen Brandon in multiple podcasts over the past couple of years, but this one is by far the best. I am so touched by his story. I have been pondering some of the transformative experiences of my life, and his is perhaps more clear than mine in that he has a moment that he can point to wherein his heart and soul were changed. For me, I can see that my life and heart and soul are different today than I was a few years ago even. But the moment is hard to pinpoint. So that story is very helpful.
Wonderful! Thank you!! You're an excellent interviewer, Oak. Some interviewers talk all over their guests making it difficult and frustrating to listen. George Mcdonald is a CS Lewis-type author, very Christ-based wo being obvious, like the Narnia series. He and CS Lewis were friends.
Wow, I’m still thinking about the part about making a covenant and meaning it, whereupon the Lord grants us power to keep that covenant, which power we do not have.

Thanks for listening and sharing Lafe!
I can totally relate to the darkness of the death of a family through divorce. Death appears final but divorce is death that continues daily.
