Likely because insurance doesn't cover it. In the US it's all about profit. We have the most medical treatment here and the sickest people of any developed country.

This is 4 years old and still a lot don’t know about it😢gladly I was aware and never believed I would need but diagnosed with breast cancer start chemotherapy tomorrow with cold cap from Penguin . Pray more people will have the option for this.

Such an inspirational story.. I too am fighting breast cancer and have decided to cold cap. My journey will be 1 year..and I'm looking forward to positive outcome also.
