Turkish Meat Pie Recipe | Mutton Baked In Bread | Eid Ul Adha Special | Parda Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:
Lamb meat 1.5kg
Bell pepper (green, Yellow, Red) 1 each
Onion 1&1/2 medium
Tomato 2 medium
Green chili 2 small
Oil half cup
Salt 2 ts
Crushed red chili 2 ts
Garam Masala 2 ts
Crushed black pepper 2 ts
Coriander powder 2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
Water 6 cups
Oil 1 tbs to sauté vegetables
Dough for bread:
Plain flour 3 cups
Salt 1 ts
White sugar 1 ts
Yeast 1 tbs
Oil 2 tbs
Egg 1 black seeds 2 ts
Water 225ml
Oil for greasing the dough 2 tbs
