I'm so glad that I randomly found this video, because I've been just like you, playing wow since tbc, then on and off after Wrath ended and I'm planning to also start a completely fresh and new account this weekend to work on collecting as much as possible (that's within reason). I know a lot of people dread having to refarm stuff and all that, but the dopamine and satisfaction and just reliving the feeling you once had is very fun with collecting things and achievements in wow. Great video! I can't wait for more :)
They’ve added a ton of things for new accounts to make regrinding easier as well. Nothing WoW has can beat 99 Woodcutting in old school RuneScape, achievegamer will not be defeated! Good luck on your grind!
@@Hopefullylast That's very true! I have found that it's not too bad restarting wow if you're coming from runescape/osrs. I'll never get tired of getting 99s or quest cape. Although wow is a significantly larger game than runescape, I can't wait to start fresh playing the least played class in wow, rogue. I might regret it later, but it's always fun having an extra challenge. Thank you and good luck as well! Don't burn out too quickly!
Very cool idea, reminiscent of OSRS snowflake accounts. I kinda wanna try doing the same thing, but just continue on my main account. I can’t be bothered going through 20k+ points again 😅 GL with the account, liked and subbed
Great idea for a series, reminds me of some of the really good osrs series on youtube. Looks like you didn't follow through with it though which is sad.
i know im a year late but might i intrest you in the addon leatrix? it auto exepts and completes quests and makes you loot faster among many other things. it also auto skips cinematics, realy handy if you dont want to see them for the 500th time. ofcourse you can enable and disable witch ever functionality you want or dont want.
I just started doing this as a personal goal on classic wotlk, it's pretty good cos there is not a whole lot of achievemnts to get so 100% should be ez :)

How do you not have chat bubbles when an NPC talks? I know that elvUI can do it, but I don't really want to DL the entire add on just for that feature.
I did consider that, but since it takes like 6 hours to hit level cap these days anyway I didn't see it as necessary. Might as well get into the action asap :)

I think it might be a setting in social? Not sure tbh but I don't use elvui so it's somewhere in there!!

Have just recently gotten into achievements myself, after playing since vanilla, how far through are you on your main account?
Main account has tons. Thousands of hours. They’re a ton of fun. I find them more fun than the actual game most of the time.
