I don't know if I'll get a reply being this late to the video but I just had the dealership replace my blower assembly. Meaning I got a new fan installed but my car was still overheating and they wanted to change my thermostat. However I had another mechanic come out and notice that the fan itself never spins. Had the car on for 30 mins with A/C on and off and it never turned. We tried to spin it by hand and it would barely move, it felt really tight. Do you think that's the fan itself or something else? Had a hard time getting information about this :/
If this doesn't work for you and it's still not working turn on your ac and then SAFELY wiggle the wire that connects to your cooling fan and runs to your fuse box. I did this and it came on. It's a wiring issue

How can I check if the fan is the problem without a diagnostic computer? My fan only seems to turn on when I run my AC.
My fan stays on low, what do I do next after I’ve replaced the resistor and the coolant temp sensor and it keeps on doing the same thing.
