It's funny how in our history people didn't commute and almost everyone worked near their home. They had fewer gadgets to entertain themselves and make their lives easier but they didn't have the stress or the burden of paying for these things. People seem to be heading back to that lifestyle more and more. If I were younger and could do it all over again, I would live close to work as possible.
