He was my sensei at the YMCA in Spokane when I was a kid. Had a lot of respect for him.
He was my sensei when I was in college at the falls and he also taught the swat team back in 2005
It is with great sadness that I must convey to you that Chinen Teruo Sensei passed away earlier today from complications of diabetes and kidney failure.
