    The most inexpensive places in Toronto are the Durham area and maybe Brampton and Burlington and Hamilton bedroom communities etc... Vancouver is rainy mostly in the winter months and mild the rest of the year .... the cheapest bedroom communities of Vancouver are Langley, Maple Ridge, Surrey, Abbotsford and maybe Chilliwack which is far away but scenic ... other good areas in Ontario and BC ... are Sarnia, London, Kelowna and maybe St Catherines and Windsor or Ottawa ... Calgary is cheaper but too cold winters ... God Bless

    Calgary just can’t be compared with the diversity of Toronto and Vancouver. Both are super expensive, but Toronto is such a great place to live. The food is outstanding for Chinese cuisine.

    3:48 wrong. Most sunny days is in Calgary (avg 333 per year). You should however mention how rainy is raincouver ☔️

      Agreed, Vancouver is a rain city 👍

    Calgary is definitely the cleanest and the Rockies are the best. Highest paying jobs with low cost of living
    Vancouver, way too much rain and crammed (can't enjoy anywhere without overcrowding) can't grow any further
    Toronto is nice and vast with amazing lakes.

    Great job, but you need to update the Vancouver Skytrain map, because it
    has nothing to do with reality. It's probably some kind of a fantasy map or so. [UPDATE] I just found it on Reddit in the "imaginary maps" section. Definitely, Vancouver has a great transit system, but not THAT great ;-)

    3:50 did you just tell people that Vancouver has the most sun in Canada? There's a couple of ways you can measure this, hours of bright sunshine in a year, sunny days per year, percentage of daylight hours that are sunny... and in none of them is Vancouver at the top, Vancouver is famous for the opposite of sun.

      True. Grey sky does not count as a sunny day. At least they get less snow than the other two cities.

    Hey, great video :) I'm looking at moving to Vancouver and renting a 1bedroom between $1400-2000, hopefully in an area that's walkable and has access to public transit. It's tough to find accurate info online because things are changing so fast. Do you think this is realistic?

    • @avteamlivinginthegta
      @avteamlivinginthegta  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It really depends on the area and type of property. I'm not an expert in the Vancouver rental market but instead if you are moving to Toronto, I could offer more help.

    Calgary is a police state hell-hole replete with two attack helicopters, a corrupt police force with several cops serving prison time for corruption. Crime is bad anywhere near the Light Rail Transit route. The recent stabbings have the premier of the province stepping in. And we have a crazy mayor. These are all easily verifiable statements.

    I guess he doesn't know yet that hate crimes against Asians have risen 1,000 percent since the start of the pandemic. My advice for those who-would-be-immigrants is to think, think, and think very carefully before making the decision to relocate to Canada. Believe me, it is not worth it to have to deal with racism on a daily basis in Canada. No matter which Canadian city you choose to live.

      I'm sorry to learn you've been the victim of so many hate crimes in Canada. As an Asian who has lived in Canada for over 25 years, I have never witnessed anything like that. Perhaps it's the new generation, but I'd like to know what makes you feel that way in your part of the Canada.

      You obviously don't go out very much, or keep abreast with the latest news.

      Racism in Canada is on the rise and it’s gotten worse with the pandemic. My daughters have been told to take the virus back to China! And that was a grown adult saying this to a 15 year old. So I don’t think it’s generational. The issue is worse in my opinion in the prairies where ethnic diversity is lower, but others may have a differing opinion.
