Just sayin' but the prowler is immortal, you can eat your two accorns, get back to camp, sleep and, magic!, your accorns a refilled and you can go fight again without the fear of carting. It takes longer to finish the quest but it might be useful for solo high rank quests if you're as bad as me.

Capcom made this quest in the wrong order. Astalos should be before Gammoth; Not after. Astalos = Gen 1, Gammoth = Gen 2, Mizutsune = Gen 3 & Glavenus = Gen 4. Also; The description says Monster Hunter 4; Not Monster Hunter Generations. WTF?! o_O

There are high rank village quests, advanced:seltas queen for exemple. You can unlock it by doing the 6* keys and speaking to the val habar chief in Kokoto.

+Ion Productions If you equip a palico with a skill and go to the palico dojo then go to lessons then select forget a skill/move you can then make them forget it but it might be only for trained skills/moves but I'm not 100% on that.

You should retry this run with your current level/HR. I mean, it's pretty amazing that you cleared it at HR4, but you could easily get a quicker run with some end game gear.

I HATE the faded fours names in the English translation. Seriously. GAMOTH really I didn't think gamuto was that bad, glavenus, I loved its Japanese name. Dinovaldo was way cooler and sounded more appealing just like the Japanese mizusune or tamamitsune.( honestly I didn't care for the names of both languages) but the one I have a problem with most is ASTALOS, not only is that name ugly as hell but the Japanese name RAIZEX sounded a lot more bad ass and awesome.

You get the S version from a higher rank version of the same monster. Usually the parts will have a + after their names.

You'll likely have to teach them anyway and you can swap taught skills. So you can do whichever on the fly.

You can't. You have to find a cat with the skills you want and then that is what you have.

What equipment are you using? Personally I think IG with star knight armor is best for gog since he is hella weak to mounts.

Well, that's how it ends, you get access to other quests but the only npc who will speak to you about the fated four is the bernha chief
