When I click on withdrawal it's telling me I have to enable the SMS verification or the Google verification and also the trading password it does not go straight to the address verification page like you showed in the video
You didn't go through the whole process...you don't have access to withdraw by default...you have to configure some things before being able to successfully withdraw

Have spent hours and finally decided to move a small amount without a TAG. It worked, moved it straight into my Trezor T. After clicking the submit button without including a TAG, a message appeared and said that some receiving addresses provide a TAG that must be entered or your funds would be lost. Apparently, my hard wallet address was enough without a TAG. Not sure this is the case for everyone, but it worked in my case. After the test run, I then moved the bulk of my XRP from kucoin to my Trezor. Hope this helps someone else.

Went down a big black hole. And neither exchange can or will not help. Come to find out ,Coinbase does not support KCC network. I have no hair left. Sorry for your loss.
