Aromi Italian restaurant is owned and operated by veteran chef German Castellanos. He was a chef at many Italian restaurants on the strip before finally opening his dream restaurant Aromi in 2021. German brings his decades of experiences and pours his heart into all the dishes he makes at this restaurant. All the pastas, breads, and sauces are made fresh and from scratch everyday.
For my dinner we ordered the Soup of the day which was a Minestrone Soup for $11, Risotto of the day that had Shimeji Mushrooms and Burgundy Truffles for $42, Pasta of the day which was the Wild Boar Pappardelle Pasta for $28, the Spaghetti Neri for $34, and for dessert the Yoghurt Panna Cotta for $9. Every meal comes with complimentary bread which had toasted Focaccia and Ciabatta slices. Total: $134.39 with tax not including tip.
They told me that they were able to create a tasting menu for $85 per person if you call ahead and it would consist of 5 different courses. I'm curious about this and want to try it out next time.
You're a good presenter. A nice amount of detail, no rambling/amateur comedian/yelling.

I've eaten at SW steakhouse once last year and it was pretty good! I will definitely have to go back there and make a video of it. The Wynn is a beautiful casino as well.

You're so kind! The wild boar ragu looked amazing. So did the risotto but I thought the price was a bit high -- probably due to all of the truffles.
Yeah, I'm surprised that was the most expensive dish and even more expensive than the lobster and scallop spaghetti neri haha. It had to have been because of all the truffles!
That food looked great it was made with care and time, it sure beats olive garden LOL!!!😋😋😋 it must be great to order a lot of extra food plenty of left overs to eat everyday, yeah thanks for ragging on the strip everything there is to expensive it was cool in the 90's an early 2000's but not anymore.
If you wouldn't mind a suggestion for channel brother you may want to think about changing the back ground music on your video's to something with a little more zest you know it would make it a lot more fun just a suggestion,😋😋😋 but thanks for another great video.
The funny thing is Olive Garden used to have this promotion a couple years ago called the Never Ending Pasta Pass and it was $100 and you could eat as much pasta as you wanted for 2 months. I was one of the lucky few who was able to buy one of these passes and I just ate Olive Garden everyday for every meal for 2 months straight. I definitely got my monies worth out of that but I was so sick of pasta haha. I'm pretty sure I gained 20 pounds too lol.
Haha, I always make sure to order a bit extra so I can eat it for lunch the next day too!

You got a hold of the pasta pass 😋😋😋😋 dude you are awesome how did you do it. I tried to get one for years but I gave up with the damn thing. But eating all that pasta everyday would have a bad effect on your digestive tract I'm sure, oh and yeah the music remember something fun and happy.😋😋😋😋
@@ChetDonnelly1985 Haha, I guess I just have fast fingers! I was waiting on the website before they went on sale and then just kept clicking that buy button as soon as they were available haha. Yeah, probably not good for your health just eating all that pasta everyday. Definitely was a carb overload haha.

Since you like supporting locally owned businesses (as do I) please consider checking out Chinglish Wine Bar in Boca Park. It is owned by husband and wife duo Ken & Kitty Heck. They are always there and their son is frequently working the host stand! Kitty is from Hong Kong and the cuisine echoes that. Their soups are outstanding! Albeit pricey, but it's Summerlin what do you expect.
Thats funny because I was actually looking at that restaurant the other day! I was looking at the menu and its definitely pricey but its worth it if the food tastes good haha. Its cool that the entire family works there and sounds like its really authentic cantonese cuisine. I will definitely have to check this place out soon!

It stinks that you can't eat there anymore because of the prices. Thats kinda why I haven't eaten there yet haha.I usually eat at other cheaper Chinese restaurants in the Chinatown area haha.
