My wife and I just ate here. I had the rib cap. She had filet . Both were cooked to perfection They were both great. Best steak that I've had in years. Waiter was great also. Will definitely go there again.
As someone who put themself through college waiting tables, it was generally easy to differentiate between people who were habitual complainers, and people who had genuine issues. You could tell the latter group felt uncomfortable speaking up. Don't feel bad about asking for major issues to be fixed. The server will probably agree with you.
Thanks for the encouragement! I've always been nervous about speaking up like that and also worried they might mess with the food in some way if I complained. You always hear about the cooks spitting in the food of troublesome customers but that probably never actually happens in real life. I really should have said something if I wasn't totally satisfied especially with how much the food costs there.
Hey Bansan, glad you checked out this high-end steak house for us ! @6:35 the Waygu NY Strip steak was really charred black. My wife says that the burnt part is a carcinogenic risk. Looks like the searing TORCH was set on too high ha ha. Never seen or ate that Creme Brulee dessert. You are a very patient guy ! That Halloween Parade was a extra treat ! Thanks :)

I think there's a Christmas Parade going on in Downtown Summerlin for the holidays right now and I'm thinking of checking that out his weekend. I'm glad I usually don't eat burnt food because I definitely don't want to get cancer!! That steak was a little bit too charred for my tastes haha. And that creme brulee dessert was unique for sure and very sweet haha.
I ate at Barry's once last year and loved it. Service was good and everything tasted great. Not surprised they are so highly rated. I will have to make a video there in the future.

I really should have sent the steak back especially for that amount of money. The steak should have been perfect. I'm going to eat at SW Steakhouse tonight in the Wynn casino so we shall see how it compares. Yeah, all the little bones in the fish were really surprising! I was not expecting any bones and almost swallowed some. I did not like picking them out of my mouth either. Hopefully your experience there is better than mine! Its freezing in Vegas right now! It was also super windy last weekend and some major outdoor festivals got cancelled because of the wind. During the day its around 70 degrees when the sun is out but it gets super cold at night time. I actually have the heater on in my house right now haha. But at least if you move here you won't have to worry about any snow and ice usually haha. There's alot of construction going on at Ballys right now because its transforming into the Horseshoe Casino and with it theres alot of brand new restaurants coming. There's supposed to be a new Chinese restaurant by Martin Yan there opening in the winter that I'm really looking forward to

Especially for the price there are better steakhouses in Vegas. I ate at Ruth Chris Steakhouse at Harrah's last week and enjoyed the food much more there because at least I wasn't spending as much money for a steak haha. I guess when I'm spending that much money my standards are much much higher compared to when I'm eating at a chain steakhouse I know what to expect haha.
