I've been waiting and wanting to have the prime rib special for a really long time . Finally, the time was perfect . Well after midnight , I'm starving , finally done with everything , so I drive 25 miles from where I was to El Cortez, mouth watering the whole way knowing 24/7 it's gonna be really good . As I approach Siegals I see a waitress sneak in and pull the doors shut behind her . WTF? I asked " are you closed?" "Yes " , we closed early today " . F*%#!^&+:"=#@%$~\|}□●○●■☆K!!!!! Why , of all days did this have to happen ? DAMMIT ! I WANTED THIS MORE THAN AIR ! SOAB !!!!!!

My wife and I just ate here. I had the rib cap. She had filet . Both were cooked to perfection They were both great. Best steak that I've had in years. Waiter was great also. Will definitely go there again.

I went with my mother the first time in 1981! I have returned a number of times, one of my favorite steak places in Las Vegas.

When we were there, the steak was wonderful. The lobster bisque was wonderful. The corn was wonderful and the bread was good. The other sides and appetizers were nothing special at all. The unforgotten potatoes are a joke. They are boiled potatoes, sliced with cheese foot over it and melted. Gratin potatoes are generally in a wonderful sauce with a baked caramelized cheese top. overall I think this place is really overpriced except for the steak. The ravioli looked wonderful, but we didn’t order it.

I hate the Gold Coast. The casino stinks, because tobacco smoke has carbon monoxide which I’m allergic to.

The difference is chicken fried is deep fried. Country fried is pan fried. Pan fried in less oil and claimed to be better for you than deep fried in a continuously reused vat of grease

We loved it! It was surely a treat… I enjoyed every second!

I was just saying the other night and to be honest I didn't like it. The steak had such an overpowering smoky flavor. The hash browns were just okay as well. The ones at Joe's are so much better.

Best chicken-fried steak in Vegas has got to be the Peppermill! btw if you love the dish, there's a few places in Cali I can recommend too. The best is Clarkie's Diner in Yucaipa, but Carolyn's Cafe in Redlands, Werewolf in San Diego, etc all come close!

Yah..a gnocchi is nothing like a dumpling (wtf?). Ps someone who brags about having a large appetite and who can eat a lot is a sign of being poor and from lower social class.

So how long after you ate all this way over-priced, greasy, fatty, nasty, unhealthy food did you have a heat attack? 🤢🤢🤮🤮 Thanks for making this video so now I know not to go there.

How does lou's compare to vickies diner?

Too many dress code rules. Would already pass not to have to deal with it.
