@@quentinhirschfeld9382 Pic was around the same level. In GP2 they were seperated by a single point. He also is renowned for the amount of starts without a last place finish. He never got to show his potential when Ericsson took his seat. And Ericsson got overtaken by a Manor Marussia in the 2015 Hungarian GP.

Sorry to tell you this, but he got out-paced by Van Der Gaard in the second half of the season, that's not exactly what i call a driver with "good potential"!
Pic was certainly not the worst, but definitely not an F1 talent either!

Bianchi downshifts really fast whereas Pic is a bit slower. I think Bianchi just prefered more
rotation on apex and Pic preferred more of a round smooth arc through the corner.

Definitely wanted the higher RPMs for more engine braking. More detrimental to the engine over time but the extra grip for positional defense helps.

@@quentinhirschfeld9382 thanks someone believes me. I hear everywhere that the Marussia was better than the Caterham because they finished ahead. Caterham on pure pace could've been fighting for points with Trulli and Kovalainen. That car was better than those drivers were making it out to be.
