Maybe a timeline of the iPhone’s cameras? Considering such a significant camera upgrade (perhaps more significant than the increase to 48mpx?) it might fit.
Flat back of the iPhone. Those cameras sticking out is so ugly and unfinished. Tim Cook is just lazy and has no imagination like Steve Jobs had. He was a bad replacement. Bottom line, make iPhone worth the money and not just ask a lot of money for a average phone. I have iPhone since beginning but ever since Steve Jobs died RIP apple got lazy and cocky with their products.

Actually no I don’t love it. Government solutions are the worst. They destroy innovation and manipulate the market.
There goes wireless charging, MagSafe, water resistance, etc. I’m so sick of heavy handed government deciding what’s best vs the market and consumers.
Honestly at this point phones are so powerful it doesn't matter which phone you choose. Most people use their phones for checking email taking pictures of their cats or playing Candy Crush lol. The vast majority of people aren't unitizing the hardware. We have gotten to a point where the hardware has outpaced the software on these phones in other words it's overkill.
It matters:) so what, that others don't need. I will see a big difference between iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Michelin restaurants are not appreciated by everyone, but it's good that there are. you shouldn't focus on people who eat fast food and don't want anything better in life.
Phones have been pretty powerful since 2016, the problem is that tech companies intentionally slowing down them, forcing customers to buy the newer phones, it is called "planned obsolescence"

Gamers who want to play demanding games or people who use their phones completely for work related tasks. This is an extremely small minority of people all you have to do is look at the data. Most people just want the next new big shiny thing that they don't actually need or actually utilize.

I think removable batteries is a backwards idea. I much prefer the technological updates that sealed bodied phones allow. Better materials, wireless charging, MagSafe, high water resistance, etc.

Im so happy I changed earlier this year from iphone to Galaxy S23 Ultra. That dynamic island is so ugly. Just a small pinhole on the S23 which can be hidden if desired in the settings

Well, I think its time for me to get an iphone. It may be worth it this year.
Speaking of the telephoto lens, not only the megapixel count, but the sensor size also plays a huge role when it comes to the quality of the zoom. As of right now, Apple and Samsung's telephoto sensor size is mediocre at best since they measure around 1/3.5. If Apple were to increase the sensor size of their telephoto lens along with the megapixel count, Samsung could be in trouble especially with ProRAW enabled.
Samsung will increase it though next year at 1 inch higher than apple according to rumor

I think Larger sensor next year because this year consumers have to pay for titanium frame. The ip15pro sensor is the new type though, double stacked one with much better HDR and light sensitivity
I don’t even like titanium over stainless steel, already I was out on that alone and more content with my current max pro 13.

The increase to possibly 12x or higher in the 16pm if that is a variable zoom camera between maybe 4-12.5x. Otherwise, imagine the zoom quality at 11x just cropping on that 48mp sensor

2:06 No dude, nobody is going to be doing this when power banks are so common and cheap. Even on a long trip you would only need to power up maybe once. You could easily recharge it while playing games or whatever you are doing with it that is draining the battery.
Personally getting bored or Apples design now been with em from day one , but I may switch from my iPhone 14 Pro Max Simply cause I like the Foldable Samsung makes it more old school if iPhone went foldable I’d buy it even if it was 3K. But samsung seems to be moving forward
Apple likely won’t release an iPhone that folds, probably because they stick to their “the iPhone is iconic” policy.
Apple, after the first release that changed the world. Have always been slow, to the point the over emphasise small gimmicky stuff. Samsung have always made more usable phones, think of the stylus with the notes and S max series.
Samsung is the most advanced maker in the market when it comes to innovations. Look they now own the 1st water resistant tablet like the 1st water resistant foldables and the only vendor to make foldable mainstream, laying foundation to other makers like what the magazine says.
I am keeping my 14 Pro Max until we reach 18 Pro Max.
All I care about is, will the outer bands be matte finish? I don't use cases and the 14 pro max is a finger print magnet… this is 2023, it is time to get rid of shiny smooth surfaces.

removable batteries sound good on paper, truth is it is going to create a lot more waste, people used to have several Chinese batteries and swap them for new ones all the time at the slightest decrease in performance

I currently use the iPhone 13 pro max and although is seems pretty tempting I don't think I'll change to the 15 pro max right away but I'll maybe change to the 16 or 17 pro max in a few years if there will be any major changes done.

With that 72% you managed to get 6 hours and 14 mins of on-screen time, which is absurdly high considering the 72% it had to work with. This is a testament of greatness, it's not the point that you think you've made.

i have the 13 pro max and i'm already at 88% battery health.. i was down to around 90% just after a year. when i had the 8 plus the battery health was down to 87% after 3 years. i've been filming videos constantly on both phones, 8 plus double as much as my 13 pro max so not sure what to think of this but i might upgrade to a regular pro as i find the max to be a little big atm. i suspect apple makes the battery bad faster so you buy a new one more often at this point. my 8 plus has definitely been my favourite phones so far with the best battery life.

The law for removable battery is not for smartphones. Since there are so many exceptions now. Nearly alls marrowbone batteries fall into „high quality“. Lobbyists did their job there and the eu now considers this for „other“ devices like e scooters. Sad but that’s how EU always works. We got a big lobbyism problem here.

the Galaxy phones may be better phones physically, but the iPhone interconnectivity is unmatched. Especially in the US

I plan on getting the 15 plus. I have the 13 pro and I regret getting the smaller Iphone. Dynamic island really doesn’t “wow” me, but the battery life and usb-c makes it worth it enough for me to upgrade. Really looking for the most battery life and the 15 plus has the biggest in the line up
Indeed. For me also the reason to upgrade from an iPhone 12 that has a rather small battery. Another reason is that I want a bigger screen and USB-C. Hopefully some more colors will become available such as dark purple.

Have 13mini and bigger battery sounds great! The 13mini sounded good in theory but in reality it constantly overheats and has to go into cool down mode. Even recording videos at room temperature will lock you out to cool down and it's way frustrating. Plus with my carrier it's literally much cheaper to get a new 15 pro, rather than a 14 pro at this point. Since they always give new phone specials (to keep you on a payment plan I'm guessing).
I have the 11 pro max. I want to upgrade to 15 Plus because the Pros are very expensive but only if it comes with a 120hz screen. But the rumors are weighing me down. why apple? Even a 300-dollar Android phone these days comes with a 120hz refresh rate. It looks like Apple wants us to buy pros only. Such a disappointment.

Finally an overpriced marriage of 11 ugly flat roundish design with 14 pro square looks with Titanium instead of shinier more luxurious looking and cheaper stainless steel, definitely not too crazy about 15 ultra, Apple may yet surprise but am already not too enthusiastic about it, with much superior s23 ultra out got it and 13pm this will keep me watching as some overpay for lesser iPhone product in 2023 😆
