Tense moments watching the goshawk. Glad to read the chook survived. Beautiful filming of the hens and roosters and lovely wildlife. Great story! Best regards, Cathy
The place you showed is like a bird park, various kinds of birds are there beautiful birds and chickens are also many there. The place is beautiful, natural and beautifully green, thank you for filming this interesting video.
I love this video. Great footage and audio. Such a nice ambiance. Everyone loves to come to the chook restaurant including the goshawk. I never thought a goshawk would have the guts to attack a chook. Our Goshawk often catches the Ring-necked parrots but the magpies always chase them away. I would be having a quiet word with your rooster if I was you. Fantastic footage of the Goshawk😎👍
The white eyes of the crows are neat. The ones that live here are all black. Loved seeing the wagtail wagging their tail so dramatically. Too bad about the chook getting attacked but I'm glad it survived to see another day. The goshawk is quite pretty Love how it perches on one leg.
Those torresian crows` eyes look very pretty! And the goshawk! What a bird! But of course attacking is not what one wants but he still has to eat (and feed babies).
Such an interesting bird to observe, tough life for the smaller birds, they will constantly fear for their lives from the hungry grey goshawk for sure.
A stunning video, both for the number of different Birds that it shows, and even for their interactions. I liked the movements of the Willie Wagtail, how funny! The Grey Goshawk was fantastic view, though it was a nightmare for the other Birds. If we focus on the attacked chook it is terrible, but all the protagonists behave according to their own nature. Your videos are always so interesting and story telling!!! Greetings from Japan, dear Friend!
Hello, there is a lot happening there at your place but they seems to get along with each other, except ofcourse with the predator.I had 20 sparrows in my garden and a sparrowhawk took a lot of them!! Greetings Gijs

That's a new boss! Very beautiful hawk 👍
Yes I think so too but all the chooks don't like it.
Fantastic varieties....supercute 👍

Grey Goshawk has a pretty face, but it attacks chickens, I was surprised. Beautiful video, thanks for sharing.👍
Our chooks are learning to take shelter and hide whenever the goshawk comes back again.

Oh, it was so happy and peaceful till the goshawk attacked. You have an amazing place there. Enjoyed watching.
When the goshawk comes back a lot of other birds try and chase it away.

Thanks for your very good comments.
I like your views and understanding of nature.
That chicken coop attracts a lot of birds, is it yours? The final scene is beautiful, it really looks like an attack (but I assume it happened before)
The chook cage is ours and yes you are right about the attack.
I might be getting a gecko for my birthday :)
That's great. What type of gecko would you like?

There is a lot happening in your garden sometimes. Life is tough for some birds. It's good to see the survival of the fittest though.
