nahnah390 Hardly. Apart from the Podoboo, I guess the player doesn't get thrown upwards from the Bob-Omb explosion and won't have to stop with every space to get electrocuted since the Amp orb fails to affect him/her.

One of my best moments of Mario Party 6, on this board no less: Placing an amp sticker in front of an AI that had over 150 coins, the AI decided to use a gold mushrom and got a VERY high roll. After going over the amp sticker, he ended up losing ALL his money!
That back to start at start made me realize that you could totally just fill the 10 spaces past the start with back to start spaces and screw over everyone. Lol.

When Jon got the FLUTTER ORB on this board, this reminded me that the FLUTTER ORB in MARIO PARTY 6 is only hidden on two boards. It can only be found and bought at Towering Treetop and E. Gadd's Garage. In MARIO PARTY 7, it's only in Grand Canal and Bowser's Enchanted Inferno.
See, this is why I like longer games in Mario Part 6. 20 turns is fine, but the craziness and fun builds as the game goes on with all the traps, not to mention duels are regular and chance time is easier to get to than the other games. You end up getting huge amounts of stars and really big comebacks are common. 20 turns just can't contain it all!

My favorite trick on the mic mini-games is to constantly say commands but only have the button pressed some of the time, so that the players hearing my words don't know what to expect. It's especially effective on the fruit one. :D Alternatively, it's also fun to say things that are completely unrelated to the mini-game-the game will occasionally recognize something completely out of left field as one of the intended commands, and that REALLY catches your opponents off-guard! XD

Yeah, sometimes what the game _doesn't_ describe is sometimes the best scenario--like with the 0 on the mic minigame they played here.
