    Hey men I basically have the same car , 2016 black edition. I loved your review and I feel the same, it s great as it is.What I did was use one of this BT tuning devices (monte gt) and I was able to get around 30+ hp with the max race mode. I feel like 300 hp is the sweet spot for this car 981. But for anyone who wants a little bit more power and don't want to spend big bucks or modify permanen tly your car i feel the monte gt or gtr is the way to go. You can also tune it to save gas i was able to get 40 mpg driving like a grandma and 22 mpg on race max from McAllen to Austin. While having alot of fun in the way. I was able to comfortably cruse with a passanger around 110 mph (alledegly) . It tookm me around 4 hours to do the trip with one gas/restroom stop. I was also considering intalling the porsche sport exahust you can get it new for around 1.5k the problem would be installing it and getting the valve button to work. But i feel that is the only thing i'm missing

      How could you get 30 hp? Can you send me what device did you use? I have a 981 boxster.

    I am looking to buy a 2013 with 25k miles on. Are these reliable cars?

      I have had three so far and they have all been super reliable. I just do routine maintenance.

    Have you had any mechanical issues with the Boxster? E46 convertible and G37 owner so I’m not familiar with mechanical problems on Porsche. Looking to purchase one very soon. DRS Real Estate Investments in DC

      I have not had any mechanical issues. The stereo head unit did have some issues so I replaced that with an aftermarket one but that is all I have done outside of oil changes. I put about 2000 miles on a year and have had it for 3 years now.

      Heck no, this is my top down fun sports car, still have the 350R. It’s too good to get rid of.

      @@premiumoctane93 how many miles you get in a tank of the E-85? Do you regret switching to E-85?

    • @premiumoctane93
      @premiumoctane93  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@wjlowe111 I have not actually kept track of my miles per tank but it is noticeably less than premium and it wasn’t good then either. I only do in town driving and like to hear that fpc scream :). I do not regret it at all, the kit I installed is a full flex fuel kit so if I really wanted to I could go fill it back up with premium and not have to do a thing.
