Awesome guide! I‘ll definitely come back to watch it again to refresh. Really liked the staging part and the frontline/fringe/flank concept.
One thing I found interesting with Venture: You can contest objectives while burrowed. This has great clutch potential!

I think this is by far the best of the hero guides you’ve made. Maybe it’s because venture has a lot of nuance but I really appreciated the depth you went into with how to use their abilities. I think your other guides (while still good) got a bit formulaic over time where you kinda just hit the same points with each hero, but with this one you really thought about how the hero is unique and how that changes what you need to cover
glad u enjoyed it - I think most of that is down to
a) as you say, venture having way more nuance than someone like reaper (reaper is so binary)
b) most of the guides were time-cramped in 2 days last year

Controversial opinion, rollout should be drill dash burrow drill dash so it takes off a second off drill dash cool down because you'd still be burrowed
This seems to be made before the drill dash cd change. I usually do what youre describing

They’re a fictional character, they’re not biologically anything you idiot. Absolutely nowhere has their biological sex been confirmed, nevermind probably the rest of the cast; the Omnics aren’t biological in-universe, but I bet you refer to them by their preferred pronouns like everyone else.
Venture is non-binary. The developers have confirmed they’re non-binary. The developers are the ultimate authority over the characters, world, and lore they create. That’s all there is to it. That’s logic. You wouldn’t know logic, because your feelings are clouding your ability to be rational. Reflect on that, before you embarrass yourself any further.

my favorite part of playing Venture is baiting enemies into enclosed space when I’m on ~50 hp, then gutting them with the burst damage and surviving because I get shields
What exactly is the one shot combo? I don’t think you ever actually explained it
8:19 Its Shoot+Drilldash+Shoot + Melee (just incase the second fire doesn't hit) Important to note that it now does 315 damage not 320 yeah he went over it quite quickly but this is the one hsot combo
Are you sure Venture has a tempo ult? Idk i've won a lot of teamfights with it alone, it has a ton of range
If you're on a hard flank with a good angle then it's not too bad. But most of the time in higher elo it's just gonna be used to clear out an area you wanna take

absolutely yes. this thing doesn’t get kills if your enemy isn’t stupid or already about to die, and it is hard to get openings to use it imo
