I have been watching your videos for over 3 years now. I love to watch the batter trace and the beautiful colors. I would love to see you make a soap in real time with no speeding up. A simple one color would be fine. I have been making soap for family and watching others mix to trace is very helpful.
Absolutely! It’s such a time saver. But doing it the traditional way is 10000% okay too. I recommend testing it out with a small batch to see if it works well with your recipe :)
Yes! I cant wait to test this out in a small batch. I think I will also whisk more and stick blend a little less. Im usually rushing to get into the mold at trace but you had plenty of time to make the beautiful colors 😍
I actually really love that soap, it looks gorgeous, although I have to admit I’m curious how it would look with a brighter blue. I noticed you’ve been using the paper lining for your soaps lately and not silicone, is that because you don’t have a mold for this size of soap, or is the paper lining a new method that you prefer? You also seem to steam a lot of your soaps in your recent videos, because of soda ash I believe, is it the mica powder that causes the soda ash, or something else? Regardless a really lovely soap 💙💙💙💙💙
Your soaps are TRULY amazing! Question about the heat transfer process...Are you adding the lye-water to the oils and butters now? In previous videos, you added the oils after the lye mixture after the solids were done. Just curious, thank you!
Yes. You can do it either way. One day I thought to myself self…. I wonder if it would work if I did it all at once and it worked great! I will say when it’s winter I sometimes do it separately because the oils are cold and may not fully melt.
Newbie here! Question- Is the activated charcoal just serving to add color here or to change the texture and make it a light exfoliating or deep cleansing bar? Thanks!
That indigo came out fantastic with the charcoal and white

What factors helped you decide to switch from the tall and skinny molds?
I was gifted this shape mold so I thought I would do this size for a while :)
❤❤❤❤
Pretty
What do you do with the extra in the bathroom bomb mold?
Sometimes I’ll add them to mystery boxes but most of the time I keep them for my self 🥰

It’s for color. But there is a very slight texture difference. Not really exfoliating.
