I definitely wanna settle down in the Beachwood area. It’s beautiful. Of course every city has its bad parts that’s why you just gotta know where to hang at.
@@jray9661 I'm not going back to any city that out that many bullet holes in a car I own just for being parked out front of a friend's house. I'm super good. No thanks. I'm glad you love it, but the crime rate, schools, random violence and BS wasn't worth it for me. Work sent me back and forth between there and Michigan. I see why people are leaving as fast as they possibly can.
People are relocating to CLE because its affordable. Cleveland is amazing, sit on the shore of Lake Erie...Awesome

Wadsworth is a nice area if you move to the Akron/Medina area. Good amount of land there and also some really nice homes 🏡
