Great video. I have a 2020 with the hard top and windshield, netting for the roof and netting for the door and the back window and soft sides and the storage and extra lights the also a plow and mount with the rope instead of the cable. But I also live in Wisconsin where it gets cold and now looking at a heater for it instead of a little buddy heater and a 20 lb tank and hose in the back to heat the cab. I still have to get the bigger exhaust tip. But thinking of getting a 1000 so the thing will go faster then 45 mph and sounding like it wants to blow up at top speed. They definitely needed a transmission with more gears than 3 in the 700-4 .
When I got my Rv , the man has a pioneer 1000 and he wanted wanted to sell it , I asked why and he say just over kill and do t need to be going faster than 30 on trails and I agree with him . So many video u can find with Honda pioneer 700 and 1000 doing rough trails together and both doing same job . So the big question is why do u need to go faster ? But it’s your money and what I wanna do ? But do not need to be going over 45 on trails . Just my opinion.
@ArizonaKid it's not a speed thing for me it's more not having my engine sounding like it's trying to blow up do to the transmission only having 3 gears VS 5 or 6 gears. Better fuel economy and longer engine life. We can use then here for on back road use. So, 45 mph without my engine winding out is preferable. My wife's will do 65 and to me that's overkill by far. But even at 35 mph in my 700-4 your already in the top gear and the engine is whining not a good sound for hunting rigs.
