    I have most of those same accessories. My 52” light bar I mounted above the window, and like yourself I had to fabricate my own mounting brackets. I considered your method, but preferred the light above. I have the dual volt meter, which reads each battery individually until my smart isolator relay opens after it runs for about 10 seconds. I find it handy to monitor my second battery if I’m running the stereo without the bike running. Thank you for sharing. I used quite a few of your ideas when I was installing my accessories a few years back. I have the 2020. I agree with you on the soundbar. I have the same stereo as you. It works ok, but I’ve helped install sound bars in my friends bikes, and they are far easier, and work just fine. Cheers from Ontario Canada.

    I like your accessories. I've got a 2018 TERYX4 😂 and I've got a EMP front bumper. It has a winch mount in it and it helped to raise the winch a bunch. My winch now sits about where yours says Honda in the grill. Helps keep it up out of the mud. Good luck this season!!
    Believe it or not, but our Lowe's has a very nice sound bar for like $240.

      Hey brother,
      Great to hear from you. I will have to look at the EMP front bumpers. Also I'm thinking about changing my dash panel and going with the sound bar just not sure where I would mount it. Thanks for the info and good luck this season.

    Those tailgate cables look more substantial than stock, I installed aftermarket and they are very strong. I also installed a gas pedal extension and found it to be much more comfortable on long rides.

      Mine are still stock but I'm looking into aftermarket cables and a tailgate protector. also the gas pedal extension is on my list also. Thank for watching and commenting.

    Hey Piney
    I happened across your channel today and watched to many of your videos, ( neglecting my work) they are awesome and informative.
    I installed the Honda rear window cover, back by the tailgate, to reduce the dust in the cab. It helped a bit but my rides are still very dusty. What’s your take on the rear cover just behind the cab for reducing dust in the cab?
    Thanks for the great videos on the Pioneer 1000.

    • @pineylife
      @pineylife  ปีที่แล้ว

      First thanks for watching even at work. lol.
      I have the Honda mid panel in mine and It really cuts down on the dust. Now my uncle has the mid panel and the back panel from kemimoto. I installed them because he works on his farm and its really dusty. Mine holds out just about as much dust as his does with him running both.
      One thing I did ad was the thick foam pipe insulation between my mid panel and roof. That really helped with dust during the summer and wind in the winter.
      Here are the videos:

    Excellent review of the toys! I liked the mirror. Never seen like this. I found 5 and 4 panels one. Do you know if 5 panels is better or how it is different from 4 panels?

    • @pineylife
      @pineylife  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you. Me personally I like the 5 panel because you have a wider angle of view. My buddy has a 4 panel and you cant quite see as much. But either will work. If you get one don't forget to get the correct roll cage clamps it makes install so much easier.

    • @pineylife

      Not really but I will look into a kit. I’m usually no further away from my house than four miles and if I pull it somewhere I always have my big tool kit in my truck. But a kit to keep in the side x side or under the seat is a great idea. Thanks for sharing.

    Hey buddy I was wondering what all you have to do to make your pioneer street legal after you put the street legal kit on. I just got a new 1000-5 and was wanting to make it legal

    • @pineylife
      @pineylife  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      By the rules here in Tennessee to qualify for street legal or mid speed tag you have to have- signal kit , working brake lights, horn, rearview mirror and side mirrors. Once you have all of that all you have to do is take your MSO slip that come with your SIDE X SIDE and take it to your local courthouse or DMV . Fill out the medium speed tag form and the paperwork or mso and they give you a tag . Few week later you will get a title in the mail just like a vehicle.

    • @christophernewport698
      @christophernewport698 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@pineylife ok I’ll have to look in all the paperwork I got from the dealership and see about getting everything I need for it to be legal. It’s nice to have the option of being able to travel on certain roads it sure makes things easier when you’re traveling between places without having to trailer your machine.
