Precious Holy Father, please hold Valerie close to you. Please reassure her of your promises in your Word. Your Word is the solid ground we stand on. Let us meditate on it everyday. You always fulfill your promises. Help Valerie to sit at your feet, commune with you, share with you and find rest in you. Lord, you are Omnipotent all powerful, Omnipresent always present, and Omniscient have all knowledge. Please help Valerie to be truly repentive of her past sins and be fully surrendered to you. Increase her faith, not look back, to go by thinking right thoughts, not by feelings that can change with the wind, and go forth with renewed purposed in right behavior. If she needs medical help, please guide her purposefully. Protect from from anything addicitve. Father, we praise you for you are worthy of all we can offer. I need prayer, struggling with lose of friendship that was mutual, yet just worry about thier well being. I know we both have to grow in God, but like still want a reconciliation with her.
I am in very serious pain right now (emotional, not physical) and the knowledge that God controls everything would soothe a great deal of it........but as much as I wish Piper's ultra-Calvinism were true, I can't help but worry that it isn't, and that God is just letting things be as they will, in random flux.
What helps me the most and I struggle with much tendency toward emotional pain are these: KNOW God's Word, meditate on it everyday strongly. Listen to sermons of highly regarded ministers, audio Bible, commentators on scripture. SEEK diligently God in prayer every day. That God grow your desire strongly for His Word, to think right thoughts, grow in humbleness and thankfulness. Surround yourself with healthy people who add to your life. Ask God to help you really believe what the scriptures say. That you will be continually renewed and transformed by it. Right thoughts lead to right feelings which lead to right behavior. Read carefully James 1. Don't let doubt consume us or how can we expect God to give to us. Seek God and plead with Him to transform you to love Him the most (passionately) and everyone else as you love yourself. Be patient with yourself. Transformation takes time. Yet it is most rewarding. These priniciples are not of this world and it will give the peace that surpasses understanding if we faint not. The more we truly trust the Lord and grow in Him... and let us remember that is a gift from Him, the more we are like Him. Amen in Christ.
We are All Sinners. Love who You Will..And Forgive EveryOne Else. That is what Jesus Did..He Loved and Helped People and Forgave the Pharisees. Jesus promises we will be forgiven..when we forgive. If you are hurting it probably calls for some forgiveness on your part.
I have a question; what does God say about making covenants with other groups of people like fraternities? I know marriage is a pleasing covenant to God, given it's a God ordained marriage but I wonder if it's acceptable in any other area.
Please pray for me. I am burdened by grief, depression and lonliness. I know that GOD loves and saves me but I still struggle.

well i'm in pain right now, family problems, relationship problems, financial problems, and many more...
