We love the MIS C1 conical connection system. I have placed only this C1 line since 2017, and it replaced the older SEVEN implant, also from MIS. Both are great bone level implants, with excellent track records, but priced affordably. 90% of the time, I place the trans-mucosal healing abutment on day of surgery, reducing the total treatment time for the patient, and also the costs.

Any drawbacks to conical connections? Any situations in which a legacy internal hex connection is preferable? Specifically which connection type is preferable for a multi-unit immediate placement (not immediate loading) during a sinus lift? I'd appreciate your comments.
