@ you’ll get the bone graft first. Which is the bottom portion of the tooth ( or root) drilled into your bone. Then, they give it 6 weeks or so to heal. Followed by a simple non numbing procedure of putting the cap of the tooth (or implant) on. Simple procedure. You’ll be able to eat at usual. The dentist always recommends to eat softer foods and clean and floss as recommended. It’s been a few years since I had mine done and no issues thus far.
can one implant support 2 teeth as in the implant placed where one tooth was and the crown has 2 teeth but screwed through only one. mine is coming loose thats how it was done only 2 years old

Despite Reputation & Positive Feed back of Osstem implants , it is my own bitter experience which I am. suffering after getting All on Four Implants placed in Lower jaw .More than 15 days have passed . Pain is persisting & Healing not yet achieved . After removal of Stitches One Flap opened is yet not getting Closed / Normalised . On Regular Check up by concerned Dental Dr. It is advised to repeat Stiching Procedure at this Location of Flap under Tounge .& Lower Lip. It is predicted that by doing Stitching at this Location May create Problem and take another 10-15 days time to heel . After that even Denture /prosthesis shall be temporarily Placed and permanently screwed on Implants after 3-4 months time . Kindly concerned experts may advise and Confirm for early Relief in Pain so as to take my diet Food as normal as earlier .
I really need to do one of these, I don't do it because of my conditions like many here in Brazil, I lost 2 teeth and due to the lack of these teeth the others are misaligning and causing cracks and a lot of pain because of chewing and outside the opening in upper front teeth😞.

Hello, no way. If you have hole drilled on the one tooth's place, you will get your bridge broken because of poor abutment. If you drill the hole in the middle, you will end up with a big hole there where natural gum lines should be so you have to replace it with artificial gum
why cut the gum? when I went to dentist.he did not cut and open gum. he did drilling on the gum and finished metal screw nail to my bone within 5 mins.no cut no stitch my gum.

The screw needs to be incorporated with the alveolar bone so it would take months before the tooth to be put in. The dentist would have to take an impression of all the teeth. This helps them make the perfect size of an implant. Because even a slight error would result to malocclusion or the imperfect position of the teeth when the jaw is closed.

hi To All Dentist please I need your opinion, upon putting the healing cap i had an infection and abscess my dentist just changed the cap into a taller one. Then after few months , my dentist remove the cap and fit in the crown which is SO PAINFUL ( painful just like tooth extraction without anesthesia. ) then after 1 month ,When the final crown is placed ( also extremely painful my dentist had to put anesthesia just to put on the crown) now one week , (my implant lower left molar ) is still painful just like tooth with cavities like sensitive even to water pick. I kept on complaining but my dentist stand by his belief that my implant is ok.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
Had 5 implants done with zirconia crowns, no pain at all, no troubles at all. If you had an infection, you need to go on antibiotics for a while asap until that clears up. My guess is that everything will be fine if you cure the infection and give it a couple weeks more.

And 2 weeks after that final crown, when I clean with water pick the gums around the implant is extremely sensitive just like biting an ice with your own teeth.

I thought I was terribly sensitive, but had no problem. My chompers were pretty much destroyed, now they're much better than the originals. Let me know, will try to watch for comments.

Yes until now I feel deep pain of sensitivity, I am guessing maybe the molar implant is too deep that the gums are pressed down , beacuse my natural tooth beside my implant is elevated / longer than the implant. The gum sorrounding my implant is lower than the gum of my natural tooth. So sad because the crown itself if ugly its like wrongly done and they tried to paste / add another material that is different in color so the crown / tooth looks like cracked with 2 color the left side is yellowish and the right side is whiter or lighter in color. I told my spaish dentist many many times about the issue and he just said that we will "watch" over for few weeks / months and lets see what can we do about the discolorisation and we will wait until the pain subside which it doesnt it has been 4 months now. The pain started when they put healing cap. The implant doesnt seem painful until they put the healing cap I literally scream of pain everytime my dentist will turn the screw of the healing cap. Until now 4 months has passed after the crown has been installed and I am still in sensitivity like pain and my dentist have no idea why.

Mine left Thailand for special training in the US. I'm really wondering, maybe you should find a high quality specialist or a different one. He may be able to correct the damage. Mine are guaranteed, but only in the sense that if the implant fails you get money credit for other work. The implant itself may be good, as you suggest, in which case a different specialist might be able to replace the shoddy work done for the crown. Mine are milled from 100% zirconia using a very careful impression and about four different steps involved before the crown is fit. I'd really consider dumping this one and trying to get better professional help. Geez, no good suffering like that.
Don't do this treatment anyone even if doctor tells you, they will damage your teeth if they do RCT in one teeth your side teeth are get damaged, I have faced serious problems, This treatment is main source of their income even patient die, my advice to everyone please don't do this with your tooth. Dentists do experiment in your teeth never solve your problem, it is my personal experience. I have visited more that 20 dental clinic in India.
1) this is not root canal treatment 2) no other teeth are damaged in both procedures 3) THE tooth in the location can't be damaged because there is no tooth! 4) you are talking about bridgeworks, which involves preparation of adjecent teeth and there are still good indications for such a procedure over implants > when adjecent teeth are weak and require prosthetic work anyway.
You are misguided/misinformed. This is dental implant and I had one, it is so much better than having a bridge because it eliminates bad breath due to the bacteria getting inside the unsealed part of the bridge. I wished I had this done before instead of opting for a bridge. The bridge destroyed my teeth!
@@TH-cam_IS_WOKE You are right. I always propose implants where adjecent teeth are intact. Otherwise making a good preparation and impression for a bridge are crucial. Unfortunatelly a lot of dentists can't do it well. I often see 5-year-old works that has big caries under crowns/ perforating posts or bad RCT which require post removal, rerreatment and new work. However well made work should last 10-20 years with a good hygiene. It always require new work BEFORE it falls off. Patients unfortunatelly often postpone this because of no visible symptoms which leads to extensive caries/root fracture and ectraction. The point is - bridges require regular examination, good hygiene and in-time replacement.

There are other treatments as well for such cases. This is the best and sadly the most expensive one. We can use bridges and pontics.

Mine left Thailand for special training in the US. I'm really wondering, maybe you should find a high quality specialist or a different one. He may be able to correct the damage. Mine are guaranteed, but only in the sense that if the implant fails you get money credit for other work. The implant itself may be good, as you suggest, in which case a different specialist might be able to replace the shoddy work done for the crown. Mine are milled from 100% zirconia using a very careful impression and about four different steps involved before the crown is fit. I'd really consider dumping this one and trying to get better professional help. Geez, no good suffering like that.

have faced serious problems, This treatment is main source of their
income even patient die, my advice to everyone please don't do this with
your tooth. Dentists do experiment in your teeth never solve your
problem, it is my personal experience. I have visited more that 20
dental clinic in India.
1) this is not root canal treatment
2) no other teeth are damaged in both procedures
3) THE tooth in the location can't be damaged because there is no tooth!
4) you are talking about bridgeworks, which involves preparation of adjecent teeth and there are still good indications for such a procedure over implants > when adjecent teeth are weak and require prosthetic work anyway.
You are misguided/misinformed. This is dental implant and I had one, it is so much better than having a bridge because it eliminates bad breath due to the bacteria getting inside the unsealed part of the bridge. I wished I had this done before instead of opting for a bridge. The bridge destroyed my teeth!
@@TH-cam_IS_WOKE You are right. I always propose implants where adjecent teeth are intact. Otherwise making a good preparation and impression for a bridge are crucial. Unfortunatelly a lot of dentists can't do it well. I often see 5-year-old works that has big caries under crowns/ perforating posts or bad RCT which require post removal, rerreatment and new work. However well made work should last 10-20 years with a good hygiene. It always require new work BEFORE it falls off. Patients unfortunatelly often postpone this because of no visible symptoms which leads to extensive caries/root fracture and ectraction. The point is - bridges require regular examination, good hygiene and in-time replacement.
