- "Bas ek mahine ke andar, mere LOQ i5 12450HX RTX 4050 6GB laptop ka motherboard gaming karte hue kharab ho gaya. Yeh laptop mujhe May ko mila tha aur July ko yeh dead ho gaya. Main bohot hi nirash hoon, aur Reddit par bhi HX variant LOQs ke saath aise hi issues dekhe hain (sirf 12th gen models, 13th aur 14th gen models nahi). Bohot saare users ko in motherboard issues ka samna karna pad raha hai, aur yeh koi choti baat nahi hai.
TH-camrs shayad is baat ko halka kar ke bolenge ke yeh sirf kuch units ka issue hai, lekin asal mein aisa nahi hai. HX LOQs ko abhi ke liye avoid karein. Inke low price aur high specs ke chakkar mein na padein. Yaad rakhein, agar kuch galat hota hai toh aapko hi jhelna padega, company ko nahi. Pura video dekhein mere tajurbe ke liye aur jaaniye ke kyun aapko in models se door rehna chahiye."

@@aayushshah1949 During normal use it does not exceed 30-40°, only if I play big games where it reaches about 70°. In eco mode, the battery lasts approximately 2h - 2h30. in performance mode while i'm playing it lasts about an hour
After one month using this laptop, i can say an obvious things that every laptop has an dead mobo probability but its extremely low, so feel free to buy it

Guys don't buy it. If you are reading this, you been warned. My Motherboard on day 2 after buying LOQ became dead. That feeling after buying your fav spec lap and losing it before enjoying it, nothing hurts more. Refund process on going, you will only get refund if you return it before 7days of purchase.

Its been 14 days since my LOQ Ryzen 7 4435hs rtx 4050 motherboard died after just 5 day use
i talked to the Flipkart service executive and they refused to take it back even though it was less than 7 days.
they told me that Lenovo will replace it so i talked to Lenovo and they said they will do what they can , have patience. it's been 14 days and no update from their side till now.

My Asus tuf motherboard died 2 times in two consecutive years after buying it in 2022.
Asus and gigabyte ka trash, personally msi motherboard are best

In 2023 it doesn't take charge they replaced motherboard.. now in 2024 the display goes black randomly .. again they changed the motherboard but it didn't worked so they took it to service centre.. Hopefully I had extended warranty otherwise I had to pay for motherboard replacement .

Nope not at all First of all Colorful, Infinix shouldnt be taken into consideration as they are not the big reputed brands like Lenovo.
Secondly Victus series doesnt show any kind of motherboard dead issue on wide scale while the same cannot be said for LOQ series.
Thirdly every other tech reveiwer is stating the HX series processors are to blame and from wher did you jump to conclusion that nvidia is the culprit
nah specifically lenovo users are facing issue, its mostly due to cheap motherboard they are using, my 2 friends avoided loq and opted for victus and nitro v, they are working fine. lenovo loq has such attractive specs only on paper, ppl like me are interested in buying one, but these mobo and battery issues news are concern. i feel i should avoid lenovo for now....

i5 12HX with 3050 is saffer then i5 13 and 14 gen even mostly problems are coming in 13 and 14 gen lap... I am persionally using LOQ i5 12450HX with RTX 3050 6gb !
