As an individual who loves this game very much and being an impartial fan, it seems to me that it looks very difficult for the Chiefs to be the first franchise to win the Superbowl back to back to back. They are currently 11-1 but they do not seem like a compact team they used to be. Lions, Ravens, Bills, Eagles, even Vikings look better than them. But then again all may change during playoffs.

Because this isn't college football. The difference between 11-1 and 2-10 is only a few plays here and there, and what kind of QB and coaching you have. Everyone is dealing with multiple starter injuries, everyone has ups and downs, and lots of kickers aren't having good seasons like they're used to. KC wins more than their share of these kind of games because of Mahomes and Reid, and a bunch of guys that have been through these situations before and don't panic.

I'm a Patriots fan and this Chiefs team reminds me of when NE started out the season 8-0 but i just didn't see how we could possibly win a playoff game
Yet... It's because fans expect good teams to win by 2 or 3 scores all the time. Hungry teams do that, and it's not sustainable. Chiefs run at 60%, still in practice mode. They don't use their running game, they leave gaps in their secondary, they barely fixed their passing game.... think about it: current Chiefs are simply triny and rehearsing combos for the playoffs. They use the reg season just as a practice period. Last year they lost to many teams that matter (Eagles, Bills, Packers, Broncos, Lions). This year? They chill, and work.

As a chiefs fan they need to work a lot better during practice. They have a lot of potential but they are not performing well. As an individual who loves this game very much and being an impartial fan, it seems to me that it looks very difficult for the Chiefs to be the first franchise to win the Superbowl back to back to back. They are currently 11-1 but they do not seem like a compact team they used to be. Lions, Ravens, Bills, Eagles, even Vikings look better than them. But then again all may change during playoffs.

Because this isn't college football. The difference between 11-1 and 2-10 is only a few plays here and there, and what kind of QB and coaching you have. Everyone is dealing with multiple starter injuries, everyone has ups and downs, and lots of kickers aren't having good seasons like they're used to. KC wins more than their share of these kind of games because of Mahomes and Reid, and a bunch of guys that have been through these situations before and don't panic.

They don't use their running game, they leave gaps in their secondary, they barely fixed their passing game.... think about it: current Chiefs are simply triny and rehearsing combos for the playoffs. They use the reg season just as a practice period. Last year they lost to many teams that matter (Eagles, Bills, Packers, Broncos, Lions). This year? They chill, and work.

As a chiefs fan they need to work a lot better during practice. They have a lot of potential but they are not performing well. Whether it’s the offensive line not blocking, jawan Taylor getting penalized, Mahomes not throwing well, or the receivers not catching. At this point they should not have the record that they do.
