Steelers lowkey can win it all this year. With fields I thought they were a sneaky team cause their defense is top notch and they'll just run the ball. They had inconsistencies because of relying too much on ground game and Tomlin not trusting or calling big pass plays for Fields. So if they get behind, its just over. With Russel, they can really win it all man. Kc's offense is subpar with Kelce just drifting by and Mahomes not really playing well throwing ints every game and Raven's defense can get torched. Detroit lions is the dangerous team but I don't believe in big games that Jared Goff will perform better than Russel Wilson. Other than that, Detroit vs Steelers is gonna be a crazy coaching battle.

Russ revived his hall of fame position with the Steelers. Such a great comeback story considering how the Broncos threw him to the wolves and the media spent multiple years blaming him for all their woes.
He had his own parking space! What a selfish monster.
Listen, as a Broncos fan, I want nothing but good things for Wilson. But he was not thrown to the Wolves. He wanted to be the savior of Denver. He was treated like the savior and paid like the savior. With that comes expectations. And he never came close to living up to those expectations. He wasn't the only problem but he also wasn't the solution.
Remember, Russ is being paid $1 million by Pittsburgh. There is zero chance they would pay him what Denver was paying him next year.

they mostly switched to playing prevent in the 4th, they didnt mind giving up yards/points late, but i think their goal was to not let them score THAT fast either it got a little close at the end

Man I was not a fan of Wilson. I thought if anything it would be more of a spectacle to see him in black and yellow/white and yellow but man he’s been absolutely *BALLING* tf out. The fact the Steelers got him for essentially pennies is insane and if he genuinely does want to win another SuperBowl then I don’t see him leaving Pittsburgh even if he’s offered a lot of money to go elsewhere. Everybody was talking about how washed he was and how basically no team would want him. The Steelers and Mike Tomlin believed in him and at least with the expressions he makes and the camaraderie he’s shown even when fields was starting, tells a lot. I wouldn’t be surprised if he not only won a Super Bowl in the next few years with Pittsburgh but if he actually retires a steeler. Either way this season has been incredible to watch.
I do feel awful for Fields though. How tomlin keeps only putting him in for 4th downs and 3 and short. Really happy to see him be the one to Ice the game today and everybody running up to him to give respect. It’s clear Wilson is the starter the Steelers need but fields is still young. Great potential for him to be behind a veteran like Wilson.

As a bengals fan, gg Steelers. That was a fun game to watch, and 82 points combined is crazy.
However, this offense is honestly great but is being held back by our horrible defense. We went against a great Steelers defense and scored 4 TDs, but our defense somehow brought back Seahawks Russel Wilson.
This off-season, we should focus on keeping Chase and getting an entire new defense.
Also we need to study Paul Brown and the relationship he had with Art McBride
