There ARE few good ones if you're sharp enough to spot them. But for a starter, EVERY ONE of those 'crazy' action filmmakers started out with simpler works that you'd probably like. Though from reading your comments, I doubt you'd enjoy their early works and go back on current trends 😂

The most interesting and original one is Mickey 17 and it looks so weird, that it probably won't be a financial success (but I'll definitely watch it, just because it's actually something new). I think the Mission Impossible franchise has grown about a stale as James Bond. We've seen all there is to see, just with bigger explosions and more ridiculous special effects.
It's nice to see Ana de Armas getting the recognition she deserves as a kick ass actress doing kick ass things.
